~Faye
The sight is almost nauseating. Taking tentative steps toward the bed, I try scout out the situation. All I know, is that T is on the bed, possibly having lost his life somehow, or perhaps even taken someone else's
"T?" ... "What's going on? Are you okay?" I ask softly, trying to keep my eyes on his face, rather than the rest of his body, which I almost can't see under all the blood.
His eyes suddenly flutter open at the sound of my voice, and instantly snap to me. Blood streaks through hair, down his cheeks and his neck, where it spreads out across his entire body, and most of the bed. As if the blood meant nothing to him, he sits up swiftly, pulls his feet out of the bed, and stands, not seeming injured in the slightest.
"Yes, I'm fine."
I watch in utter disbelief. "That's it?"
"Indeed," he mutters, brushing past me to walk toward the adjoining bathroom. How is he completely fine right now, walking around as if it makes minor difference to him. With the amount of blood around, he should be dead right now. Or, lethargic at least. There isn't even a slouch in his shoulders or a moment of hesitation in his step.
"I find you here, covered in blood, and you're not going to tell me why?" I question, following him to the bathroom as he flips the light on. "Is that even your own blood?"
T doesn't reply for a few moments, as he stands in front of the mirror, looking at himself. He cringes slightly at the sight of the blood, still dripping down his arm from an unknown source. As his eyes wander to the sink, I watch him consider wiping it off with a towel, before he turns to the shower, and turns it on, letting the water hit to porcelain loudly.
T glances back at me, while I lean against the door frame. "It's still currently draining through my skin and you doubt it's mine?"
"I wouldn't have to if you explained this to me," I reply.
"I need to shower. And unless you would like to join me, which doesn't seem like a Faye thing to do, then I suggest leaving," he comments. Without waiting for my reaction, he strips his shirt off. Underneath, is a massacre of blood, coming from his skin, that doesn't seem to bear any marks. Not from what I can see, at least.
Despite being thoroughly confused, I remain where I stand. "I'm not going anywhere."
"Then I'm not complaining."
"T..." I growl under my breath. "This is serious. If you're hurt, then I can get you medical help."
"I don't need medical help right now. What I need is this shower, and fresh clothing," he replies, tugging his pants down. I instantly cover my eyes, but stay where I am. I hear him clamber into the shower, but I remain with my hand keeping him from my view.
