Chapter 1: I'll Guide You

Wall Rose, 104th  Cadet Corps Enlistment Ceremony

Inside the training grounds, the cadets stood around, waiting for their new instructor to come out. Inside the camp, these cadets would be taught how to fight, and attack the titans that have forever since the beginning of time, threatened all of mankind that lays trapped from the inside of the walls. Among the cadets, we see a girl, with blonde hair, and ice blue eyes. Her stare could freeze a man in a solid block of ice. She stood alone, leaned against one of the wooden lodges behind her. She dazed to the sky, and began to think about the reason she was here.

???'s Thoughts: Complete the mission, assure the destruction of humanity in the walls, make it home......if only it was that easy....snap out of it Annie, just get this done. Blood will be spilled, but it's what's necessary....

Annie let out a deep sigh, and soon, the drill instructor came out, followed by a (H/C) hair boy, who had (E/C) eyes, and was wearing an officers uniform, followed by other instructors. They stepped onto the elevated stage, and the boy stood behind the instructor. 

???: We now begin the enlistment ceremony for the 104th Trainee corps! I am Keith Shadis, and and I had the misfortune to be assigned to train you all! And I'm not here to welcome you at all! Right now, you're mere cattle, fit for nothing but Titan food!

???: No, less than cattle...

Everyone stared now at the boy, with shocked, and curious expressions as to why he was talking. Then the cadets became even more shocked when thy saw Shadis step back.

???: In three years, we'll take you pieces of crap and train you! Give you the means to fight the Titans! In three years, when you stand before a Titan, will you still be food? Or will you be a noble wall, shielding the king? Or perhaps, one of humanity's glorious soldiers that slay Titans? YOU WILL DECIDE!

The boy stepped back, and Shadis took back his place up front.

Shadis: This will be a short brief point in time this happens, but is there any questions before we begin? 5 Seconds before I change my mind!

A boy with brown hair, and green eyes raised his hand high.

Shadis: You, what is it?

???: Who is the person behind you, sir?

Shadis: Ahhh, you all would like to know this young man behind me? 

Cadets: Yes, sir!

Shadis: *smirks*  Meet my nephew, and co-drill instructor, Y/N L/N. And let me tell you, he can be even more cruel than I can.

Everyone stared at the you as you kept looking forward, and you turned to your uncle.

Y/N: You'll make them even more scared if you tell them that, how am I suppose to have fun with these guys if they're already scared of me. I wanted to warm them up before crushing them, uncle.

Shadis: *chuckle* Sorry, Y/N. Now then, that moment is over.

Y/N: We will be coming around now! Heads up!

Cadets: Yes, sir!

Both you and Shadis went to different sides of the cadets lined up in front of you, and you started with a guy who had blonde hair, and was slightly taller, and bigger than you.

Y/N: You, who are you, and what are you doing here?

???: Reiner Braun, sir! I'm here to learn to kill these monsters of the walls, and return to the homeland I once lost!

Annie's Thoughts: Reiner.....you're a joke.

Y/N: Really? Is that so? Well then....
