the queen (part three)

(Part three! I'm sorry once again but hey who just doesn't like something to read anyway!)

I got to school and I was nervous. 'What if the change of heart didn't work? I still also need to use that key. My dads holding a press conference later today. He's also been nicer to me' I thought. I heard running. I turned to look only to have my hand grabbed and me being pulled into someone as a ton of students ran past where I was. I looked at the person to see it was Akira. "T-thanks" I stuttered. He nodded and we both went to look at where the students ran. We got there to see Aketchi and Zetsu. Many girls asking zetsu, who was the new student, out. Many were also asking Aketchi questions. I sighed and went to leave when Aketchi grabbed my arm. "Come with me real quick Catherine" he whispered in my ear. I nodded and he dragged me away as people glared. Guessing their girls who like him. He took me to a quiet place. He embraced me into a hug. "Catherine I hope everything goes well. Later meet me at your favorite amusement park" he said. I nodded. He smiled and walked off. I walked to where I assumed my brother was. Girl surrounding him. I grabbed his arm. "Excuse me" I mubbled. I got him pass the crowd and to his class we went. "Thanks" he said. I nodded and walked to class. I got there and saw Ann and Akira close. I smirked. "Ship it" I said standing by them. Ann's face got red and Akira had a small little blush. I sat in my seat. "You two would make a great couple" I said. "Yeah but I'm already dating someone and so is Akira" Ann said. My eyes lit up. "Ohhh who?" I asked. "Well I'm not actually dating anyone I just have a crush on this guy" Ann said embarrassed. I smiled. "Aweee is it Akira?" I asked. She sighed. "No but its someone in our group" she whispered. I sighed. It might be Akira she just doesn't want to say in front of him. "Okay... So Akira who are you dating?" I asked. He looked away with a slight blush. "Makoto" he muttered. I smiled. "Good for you!" I squealed.

But on the inside it hurt because I have feelings for him. But I'm totally for supporting him and her. After all you should be happy if your love is happy, even if its not because of you but another girl. Of course makoto is amazing and so much better anyways and he deserve someone awesome like her.

After school I went to the park and met Aketchi there. We watched my dads conference. He confessed to abuse and to killing my mother. He even passed the company over to me and zetsu to share. I smiled. Me and Aketchi had rode rides and hung out like we used to. "Thanks Aketchi I had fun" I said hugging him. "Your welcome. Can I tell you a secret Catherine?" He asked. I nodded. "Yes of course" I said. He hugged me tightly. "I'm the cause of the mental shutdowns. I am only telling you so that if you ever have to fight me you know not to let your emotions consume you" he whispered to me. As much as it hurt to know I was glad he trusted me. So I'm keeping it between us. "I understand Aketchi. I don't blame you either. It happens. Aketchi if I ever told you to give me a mental shutdown. Would you?" I asked. He looked at me shocked. "No Catherine I would never be able to" he said holding my cheeks in his gloved hands. "Aketchi what if you had to?" I asked. "I wouldn't be able to. I'd rather die before I ever hurt you" he said. I smiled. "Good then I trust you" I said. He put his head on mine. I blushed at how close we were. "Good" he said. He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me. I hugged back. We let go after a few minutes. "I should get home. I'm gonna have to deal with the press after this" I said. He nodded and he walked me home.

We went into a new palace. It was a small one but we needed to handle it. We were fighting when the shadow shot a gun. I jumped in front of a limping Aketchi and got shot in the shoulder. I grunted in pain. It shot again and my knee was shot. "Mace!" Aketchi yelled catching me. He grunt from his hurt leg. I coughed. It started to run at Akira. He wasn't paying attention trying to get to a hurt Makoto. If I still had enough life left to save one more person. I was going to. I took off running as pain shot through me. "Joker!" I yelled. I pushed him out the way and it hit. I flew back into a wall. I heard some cracking. I coughed up blood and looked down to see a spike through my stomach. "Dagger... Keath... I release you" I said. I was surrounded by a glow and I felt them leave me. Zetsu ran towards me. "Catherine!" He yelled. I gave him a small smile as everything was fading.
