The cadets where lead to the control centre, where it was conflimed by their officer that today they would be assigned jobs on on the star destroyer. As a sort of work experience and because the empire was short staffed due to all the current battles  they where having, and the empire need and duty to defend and protect their people .
What an oppournity ? B32a thought as she watched and closely listened to the officers assigning jobs.
Tilll her number was called , along with another cadet  from a different group of older cadets. She stood up and was dierected to an officer along with the a other cadets. They where told they where going to be guarding a prisoner, a traitor to extant.
The extant traitor they seen earlier. The other cadet, G52x, looked angry, he clearly hated this job, but said nothing and tired to hide it. B32a did not mind, as long as she was helping the empire, that's all that mattered to her. He lead into a lift that went down 10 floors before stoping. "Now cadets, what you are going to see with be  shocking, but you must remember no matter how bad it seems, they deserve  it, trust me, the empire only puts true criminals here, understood?"  They both noded, in understanding.
The officer lead them down into a prison area, they passed multiple cells. At first she saw what she expected, evil, loathsome criminals, glaring shouting and screaming at her and the officer and the other cadet.
But as they where walking along, she saw more civilians, people who looked innocent.. she saw children crying, and elderly people in pain, she saw people who looked like they did not deserve to be looked up, trapped behind bars .

Her curiosity got the best of her and she did something she would never normally do, she questioned the empire. "Sir, why are these people here"she asked pointing at the children and elderly. G52x looked at her in shook. It was than that she realised what she had done. She had broken the first rule of being a stormtrooper, never question the empire. They had been told this since birth , told this their entire life, and now she broken it. "I am sorry sir I-" he looked at her with a very serious expression and said something she never expected "it is alright. Do not let their looks deceive you, B32a, they may seen innocent, but trust me these monsters have conspired with the resistance, and rebel's alike, this is what you are here to learn, we the empire as your family have chosen you two for this task to help you understand, the empire looks them away for the benefit of its people, to make the world a safer place"he said smiling lightly at her waiting for a proper response "thanks you, sir I see now "she said. G52x tapped her shoulder as if to say 'well done'.
She had just learnt her first lesson; trust nobody, the empire knows best. Not do be tricked by appearances,, the resistance will us any methods to hurt the empire, even if it means others get hurt. These people deserve it, she thought

The walked in silence till they came to a cell containing the traitor, they had met before. He looked at the officer with anger, tha an looked to the two cadets. "How nice of you to bring me company" he said with a smile, quickly changing modes.
He looked at her with a smile. But she would not meet his gaze. She would not acknowledge this scum and traitor, she did the same as G52x. The officer looked at the young cadets with concern "Now cadets do not listen to anything this traitor says. He speaks nothing but lies and nonsense. The empire has raised you better, we have raised you better. The supreme leader is counting on two. I highly recommend you do not blow it,otherwise the conqences will be sever"and with that he stormed off.

Quietness filled the hallway as the two cadets stood guard over the traitor, standing there alert, and ready. They would not talk to the prisoner, they would remain emotionless, calm, and professional like they where trained to be as stormtroopers.

The traitor on the other hand , had very different plans, he would not shut up. "So , how old are you two?"he asked. Both Cadets ignored him. For about 20 minutes. Before growing sick of the silence, B32a spoke, she knew it was unprofessional, but she could not help it, she did not know why but she felt connected to this traitor and she did not know why,as much as she hated him and what he stood for, she could not help it, she could not handle silence, no matter how much she was trained to get use to it, and was told it was all apart of her job, she could not. "7 going to be 8 tomorrow"she said in low bored monotoned voice.
The traitor looked at her a smile, "my names is Finn what yours?" He asked. She should not respond to him, but she was so bored.
Before she could respond G52x interrupted "do not speak to him B32a he is trying to indoctrinate you with the disgusting ideals of the resistance, do not let him, and YOU, do not try and convert this young "he said looking at me protectively, and putting an arm on my shoulder. G52x was a lot older than me, he had more experience than me. I trusted him he knew better. He was a cadet for the empire just like me, he was a member of my family, he was looking out for me. "Thank you, for warning me G52x I will not betray my duty again, I will not listen to a traitor" he gave me a quick smile,  before heading back to work.
