He lurks around, hides within walls, waits for the sound of someone to come down. Someone incredibly brave, yet incredibly stupid. Then he hears something: soft, gentle footsteps almost impossible to hear. He becomes excited. This is his chance. He follows his ears to the source of the sound. This is it. He lunges out of the wall, ready to suck the very life out of his unlucky victim. And then he freezes. This is no human. This is Feared One. He watches in horror as the Feared One changes into Its true form. He can not help but look directly into Its eyes. He feels his right side go numb and useless as his right eye stares deep into the black depths of Its left eye, while his left eye begins to ache in the piercing purple light of Its right eye, traveling down to his heart and erupting in a burst of pure agony. He is unable to even scream. Seconds later, he is no more.
