Pink and Fluffy

Well, anxiety journal, I haven't written in you for a while, huh!
This time I actually need you because I am STRESSED OUT OF MY FUCKING MIND!
No, Dr. Evans (ex-therapist) it's not from moving but from the fact that Ryan basically asked me out. Sure I was asked by that, what's his name, Christian Westwood, or was it Eastwood, I forgot, back in Connecticut, but this time it's different. Oh! And Peter Lichen back in preschool! He gave me his markers and held my hand on the playground, and BAM! Dating.
Ryan is really real though. He's just different. Why the hell am I freaking out, it's probably not even a date. Or maybe it is. Ugh I hate this Raven.
"Girl! Oh my Gosling, congrats!" Brandi kicked Raven's notebook aside and jumped on top of her, holding her in a huge bear hug.

"Fuck, my back, ow." Raven sits up and rubs her back.

Brandi shrugs and rubs over to Raven's closet. Upon arriving in Memphis, her parents had realized that they had forgotten Raven's closet. Thankfully, they found a old vintage armoire in the attic and decided to make it Raven's closet.

"What the actual hell!?" Brandi shrieked in horror.

"What?" Raven turned around to all of her t-shirts and ripped jeans lying all over the floor.

"You raided my closet?" Raven stood up from her mattress in disbelief. She kneeled down to pick up her favorite plain black t-shirt but was interrupted with a smack to her hand from Brandi's foot.

"Don't you touch these, it will burn off your fucking finger." Brandi cautioned.

"What are these pieces of trash?" Brandi picked up Raven's ripped jeans with her slender index finger and thumb, holding it as far away from her as possible.

"My clothes." Raven groaned annoyingly and attempted to grab her shirt but was stopped once again with Brandi's foot.

Raven sat there, in only a baggy grey sweater and her underwear, and sighed in realization that her fashion choices were a bit, well, bland. She blew a wisp of her jet black hair and looked up at a very disappointed Brandi, "Well, what do you wanna do about it?"

"I didn't sign up for this, I don't enjoy shopping." Raven was practically being dragged along by Brandi in the mall as Brandi was occasionally "ooh"ing and "ahh"ing.

"Ooh! H&M!" Brandi squealed, ignoring Raven's remarks.

Brandi, being the rich, spoiled (yet sweet) girl she was, almost bought the entire shop.

"Brandi! I seriously didn't need all this. But like...thanks." Raven panted as they exited the shop with at least fourteen, filled, bulging shopping bags filled with clothes.

"Bullshit. Now, on to the next one."

"You look gorgeous!" Brandi gushed as she revealed Raven to her mirror.

It had been hours since they arrived at Brandi's house and all they had done was play dress up. When Raven first entered Brandi's bedroom she was speechless.

Why, that's an understatement, there was so much pink and fluff I almost shat myself. Raven thought to herself.

"I look like you." Raven laughed as she turned around to check herself out. Her hair had been tied in to a top knot so tight that her eyes were pulled back. Her lips were lathered in pink lipstick and gloss while her eyelashes were throughly coated in mascara. She had a sheer bright pink top on with a tight black leather mini skirt.

"Is that such a bad thing?" Brandi laughed.

"Well..." Raven voice trailed sarcastically.

"Hey!" Brandi smacked Raven with on of her hundreds of fluffy pink pillows.

God, I hate pink.

Raven returned home that night with a couple of bags pink-free clothing and makeup smear all across her face. Brandi was beyond happy when Raven made the "generous gesture" of letting Brandi keep all the pink clothes.

Raven smiled, after the whole day Brandi and her had grown together even more. Yes, she did realize that at times she seemed like a cold-hearted bitch, but deep down she did love Brandi. She was like a sister she never asked for.

Tomorrow was the day. The day that Ryan Battington was going to take Raven out.
