The New and Improved Capital

We arrive in the capital at about sundown. I couldn't believe how big it was. There were 4 sections of the capital,the sections were divided by water. In the middle of the 4 sections was a huge castle. I couldn't see the town from all the way up here, so I would furthur explore the capital later. We land in front if the castle. The castle had 4 towers, they were placed evenly, creating a square. The whole castle was white with light blue rooves. It shined in the sun. It makes since why they call it the Kingdom of Light. Natilie walks up to the giant glass doors, and knocks. The doors open by themselves. We cautiously walk in. The main entrance to the castle was beautiful. There was a giant chandilier hanging from the ceiling, and right below it was a glass table that had beautiful flowers placed on it. The flooring was a blue and white marble, and the walls were also white marble. There was also 2 giant portraits that hanged side by side. One was a man and the other was a woman. I was guessing the woman was Minka Way and the man was the king that passed. Natilie leads us into a throne room. The walls and flooring were the same,and the room was much bigger than anything I have ever seen. It was probably used as a ballroom as well. Ther was a platform that held a throne with blue cusion and a white frame. There was also a blue tapestry hanging above it with an alicorn on it. In the throne was a beautiful woman. Her skin was milky white, her eyes were a deep carmel color. She had a dirty blonde hair with a hint of burnette. She wore a blue gown. She also wore a silver tiara with blue crystals a top her head. I was guessing that the woman was Minka Way.

"Natilie! Why have you brought me these two.....humans?!" she snaps in disgust of our species. I was guessing that she wasn't human, most likely an elf.

"Why, your majesty, I have brought you Kay and Alison!" replies Natilie. Alison curtsys. I stand there awkwardly, then I realize what Alison was doing and curtsy as well.

"Pfft, these two humans aren't the heros of Unicorn Landia!" scoffs the queen.

"Yes they are! They told me!" replies Natilie.

"They lied Natilie! It's treason to say you are Unicorn Landia's hereos. Did you know that?" asks the queen. Alison stands there, probably scared. I guess I had to stand up and say something. Here goes nothing.

"We are the hereos of Unicorn Landia!" I announce.

"Prove it!" tests the queen.

"Well, how?"

"I want you to tell me everything that happened, then I will decide if you are lying or not."

"Alright, When Alison and I arrived in Unicorn Landia two cookie guards found us. They took us to the old capital where we answered questions. When we were finished answering questions, Johnathon trampled into the capital, destroying it. We ran away, arriving at a chocolate river. We swam through the river. We the reached a village where we met Toby. He told us to find the Wand of Destiny. We found the wand and I killed a hydra with the wand. Then Alison dropped the wand and broke it. Johnathon then threw us into the Pit of Tartarous. After that Lily pushed Johnathon into the pit, killing him. To escape the pit Alison and I used the magic of friendship to summon the alicorns. Finally we flew the alicorns home. We were stuck in New York, our hometown, for 4 years, but for you it was 100. That is why we look different, us humans develop faster and have shorter lifespans then you elves." I look at the queen who was very intrested in the story.

"Thank you for the story, I just have one more question. You and Alison were the only ones to see the wand. Toby had an idea if what it looked like, and he informed me about it. When Toby recreated the wand, it complely changed. My question is, what did the wand look like 100 years ago?"

"It had a gold rod, with two pegasus wings cradling a blue orb. When I used the wand to defeat the hydra a beam shot out of it. Thats what the wand looked like." The queen just stares at me with te same expression Natilie did when she found out who she was.

Oh my gosh, it's you, it really is you," replies the queen," All of Unicorn Landia have been wondering where you have gone, and now your back!" Minka Way hops out of her throne and runs toward me. She embraces me. Then she turns to Alison and hugs her as well. This was awkward.

"Well now we are here.... so yeah..." says Alison probably very awkward.

"You don't understand! We need you nore than ever!! Has Natilie told you about what Unicorn Landia is today?" asks the queen.

"Yes," Alison and I both reply.

"Ok then well Elisa, Johnathon's wife, she has been causing trouble all over Unicorn Landia. She has been sending goblins, ogres, trolls, and other monsters all over to mess with my people!"

"Well why is she doing this?" asks Alison.

"For revenge on her husband and she wants her kingdom on the surface and put us underground, and I won't stand for it! She needs to stop!"

"Well has anyone tried talking to her?" asks Alison.

"Yes, thats what Toby and Lily are doing right now." Toby..... Just the thought if his name gives me chills. You may not have noticed, but I have a little crush in Toby. Oh how I miss him.

"Umm, Queen Minka Way, this is just my opinion, I don't think you should have sent the elf that killed Elisa's husband to talk to her," I inform the queen.

"Oh no! What have I done!!" Right when the queen says that two cookie guards rush into the scene.

"Queen Minka Way we have news from Elisa of the Kingdom of Darkness," announces one of the cookie.

"What does it say?" asks the queen biting her finger nails.

"This is what it says: Queen Minka Way I have captured Toby and Lily. I will let them go unharmed if you give us your land on the surface. If you don't, don't expect Toby and Lily to come back."

"Oh no! What have I done!" the queen exclaims. She then looks at me, then Alison, back to me, and back to Alison. She cotinues to look backband forth between Alison and me until she says," Alison, Kay, will you please go to the Kingdom of Darkness and fetch Toby and Lily?"

I look at Alison with a worried look.

"Fine, but we don't know how to get there, and Elisa won't give us Toby and Lily that easily," I reply.

"Thats easy, here let me lend you two alicorns that know the way, and here is the wand of destiny." The queen whistles for two alicorns. One of them was pink and the other was blue. The alicorns looked familiar. It was the alicorns that Alison and I summoned. They hadn't changed a bit. The queen then hands me a wand. It had a silver rod with blue crystals all over the rod. It also had a blue orb placed the top. I mount the pink alicorn and Alison mounts the blue one. The alisorns rush out and fly off into the sky.

"Good luck!" exclaims the queen.

"See you soon!" shouts Natilie. Alison and I wave at the two elves. I had a feeling that this mission wasn't going to be easy, but I needed courage to complete it.
