Eliza and Maria
-Eliza and Maria share an apartment, and they start decorating for the party on December 30th
-it was a new years party, and they both knew it was going to be a good size party (that means lots of taco dip)
-and as it was New Years, they invited everyone, including Jefferson
-they planned to stay up all night, or at least one of them. They both had fun party time activities planned to pass the time.
-As the party began, Laurens and Alex arrived first, and brought turtle onesies. Because of course they would.
-the next people to arrive were Angelica and Peggy. When Eliza saw them she up and gave them a big hug.
-Alex did his signature "Schuyler Sisters" jingle, before giving them all a big hug. And shoving apple cider into their hands
-Maria stood near the corner of the room, watching everyone enter the party.
-As more and more people started to arrive, Eliza started the music and drew Maria in for a dance.
-At first Maria didn't want to dance, but after a while she gave in after Eliza begging her to dance.
-They ended up dancing for a good hour, taking occasional breaks for food.
-after dancing Maria and Eliza started to set up the first game of the night.
-Truth or dare. Lafayette ended up going first. His dare was: Lay across the couch and keep one hand on the floor for five minutes.
-After Lafayette did the dare, he asked Angelica Truth or dare
-Angelica, always one for adventure, selected Dare
-With a smirk, she did, then Dared Alex and John to kiss.
-Knowing Alex with out a second to think he kissed John like it was nothing.
-as the game continued, Eliza and Maria slipped away for a moment of peace
-Eliza said to Maria as they were walking down the hallway "Man, it was getting crazy in there!"
-Maria watched as the clock ticked closer to midnight, pulling Eliza in for a hug
-Eliza thought to herself "Oh she's pulling me in for a hug!" She hugged Maria.
-And as the clock struck midnight, Eliza pulled Maria up for a kiss, happy to have this amazing woman in her life.
-At first Maria was shocked but them she realized that Eliza kissed her! Maria was so happy, she wanted this to never end.
-Eliza smiled down at Maria, and held her hand as they watched the fireworks. This year had been good.
