Chapter 11

  Flashback~

    "Don't cry baby girl,"my mom said rubbing my back,"Daddy's going to come home soon."

   "Are you sure,"I asked sniffing.

      "Yes baby girl,I'm sure,"my mom was smiling.

   I woke up crying and looked at the time,8:30 am.Wow,what a nice

time to wake up on the weekend.

     I looked at the picture of my mom,dad and I.I was about 5 at the time.I was the happiest child.No one could ever make me sad.Even when I got bullied.

       In the picture my dad was carrying me and my mom was holding onto my dad and I while smiling.The background was our old house and a treehouse.

   I smiled and felt something tickle my cheeks. I dabbed my finger where it tickled and something wet was collected by my finger.I was crying and smiling.

    I shook it off and wiped my tears.

      I needed something to make myself forget about it.So I went to the bathroom and brushed my hair then put it up into a messy bun.I wore ripped blue jeans and a black shirt with a skateboard on it.I took my bag,got some money and rode my skateboard to the nearest drug store.

    I bought a bunch of stuff so I bought them and went back to my house.I dumped the thins onto my bed and looked through it.

   There was red and blue hair dye,bleach,gloves,and some tin foil.

I took out the bleach,hair dyes gloves and tin foil then went to the bathroom.I applied the bleach to my hair over some tin foil and sat for a long time.I took out the tin foil and rinsed my hair.It was blonde!I took the dyes and decided to put the red dye as my main colour and the blue dye for tips.

        So I dyed my hair and it turned out great.

   I wanted to hang out with someone but I couldn't hang out with Raina because she's probably hanging out with Jessica shopping and Austin is with his family.

    I texted Nathan and he replied with a yes.I was excited and waited for him.The doorbell rang and I ran out of the house.

   Nathan was surprised and smiled,"Your hair is different."

    "You like it,"I asked with puppy dog eyes.

  He laughed,"Well if your doing that of course I like it."

    "Let's go to the park,"I suggested.

  "Alright,"he answered.

     When we got there a cute puppy was sitting with its owner.

   "Awwww,Nathan look,"I pulled on his arm.

     "Huh,what,"he was confused and he saw the puppy,"Aww,cute."

   "Let's go pet it,"I smirked.

      "Ok,"he was excited.

    "Uhm,hello...miss,"I talked quietly and nervously.

       "Yes,"the lady asked.

    I shuddered and Nathan whispered into my ear,"Its alright,just ask her."

       I nodded,"May we pet your puppy?"

    She smiled,"Of course you can."

       I pet the puppy first,"Whats its name?"

    "Shes a Dalmation,"she had a soft voice.

    "She's so soft,what's her name,"I asked.

        "Her name's Mary,shes trained,"she added.

    "Really,"I backed up,"Stay."

   Mary sat there wagging her tail,"Now......Come!"

     Mary ran at me and jumped at me,"Oof."

  I fell over and Mary ran back to her owner.The lady and Nathan ran over to me.They leaned over my body and everything went black.

    I soon woke up and I noticed that the room was different.It was a guy's room.Or I think so.

      Nathan walked in with a cup that was steaming,"Oh your awake now."

    I nodded slightly,"What happened?"

       "You fainted after the dog ran back to her owner,"he placed the cup and the desk beside me.

    "Oh,"I was tired.

   "Drink this,it will help,"he looked at the cup.

      "Okay,"I picked up the cup and sipped some of it.It was delicious.

    "Thank you,I said.

   "Your welcome,"he grinned.

       I giggled and sat up,"I think I'll go home now."

    "Wait,its still raining,"he was worried.

       "Haha its okay,just take care,"I was so dumb,I needed an umbrella.Well there's no going back now.

    I walked out into the cold rain.I was 2 minutes away from my house and Nathan gave me a yellow umbrella.

      "Thanks," I thanked again.

   "No problem,"he said.
