First off, the main character, Axel, is literally the most adorable human ever. I don't quite know what makes him so adorable, but he just warms my heart. He just tries to be a good person and do the right thing and I love it.
I also like the writing style, it's more of a simple style that has some detail but not too much. It's a style that I wish I could do.
The plot itself is amazing because while it is mostly focused on Axel and his relationship with Seamus, it also doesn't ignore what else is going on in the wizarding at that time.
Lastly, I really, really love Axel's friend group because I've never read a fanfic where the OC friends with those people.
