The second chapter does include some stuff from the first chapter of my other book The Perfect Combination but is not required to read this. However feel free to read it before or after reading the second chapter of this book :). The same thing goes for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll in relation to chapter 3.
