Parker was still inspecting the area when Belle returned. Seeing her opportunity, she grabbed the bottle of potion. She dipped the end of the stick into the solution, hoping that there would still be enough magic left to perform the duty she intended. She drew the stick back out of the bottle to examine the amount of mixture that stuck to the stick. Unsatisfied, she laid the stick down and grasped the bottle in her hands instead. She glanced back up at Parker to ensure that he was still distracted before continuing. Belle turned the bottle upside down and shook it until every last drop of the potion was definitely on her makeshift wand.
She threw the bottle across the room and turned her focus back to her new wand. She spun it around in the air, imitating Mala. “Parker, Parker, lovely boy. How I adore you so. I propose a little ploy; I freeze you cold as snow.”
Parker looked up just in time to process his own fate. “Hey, Belle, what are you do-” he attempted to say before his body was cold and frozen. He was now forced to stay in the treehouse forever with Belle, and she lived happily ever after.
