It was like an open wound. It's walls echoed with visions of the past, the memories.
I almost lost it, the part of me that kept me from breaking everything I touched. From lashing out at all the echoes that screamed at me, help me, I'm still alive, save me from them Stiles.
It was the hardest thing, to walk the halls of the house that once was alive, but something was different. So many pieces left to be solved, so many belongings left untouched. It was as if they'd just got up and vanished, blown away like a speck of dust in the wind. I wanted to help them, to help Allison, but I was left without evidence, without any sign that told me she was alive. I had to believe it, I had to tell myself she was still here, still lurking in the shadows. Protecting us from the monsters that yearned to kill us, and for that I thank her, but part of me still feels him; my nogitsune.

I stood for hours, listening for her, for a sign something was with me; it never came.
So as I left I made one last stop, Allison's room. It was the only thing that made me wonder, everything was gone, missing. Like she was never alive, never present for the life we knew she lived, but why was her room the only empty one. Her fathers was the same, Kate's was the same, but not her's.
I stood baffled. Strung up in the center of her empty room, something wasn't right. It was if she was sending me on a wild goose chase, 'catch the bait, or suffer your fait.' "Keep looking, I just have to keep looking!" But where? Everywhere I turned lead me to a dead end, so I gave up, whispering a soft goodbye as I left the abandoned house. It only then when I saw a sign, a glimpse of Allison, standing motionless in her window.
I smiled at her as I left, a real smile, full of love and happiness. It was first time I'd done it in months, it's feeling sending chills down my spine as I drove alone on the empty streets. I knew I'd have to go back eventually, to get more answers, but right now I had a mission. They had to believe me this time, to believe that something wasn't right, and needed to be solved. For Allison, and for her father.
