Drew quickly reached out to grab Aries's hand. Both struggling to not fall over as they trudged through the shadowy, damp, dead forest. "Why did you take me here?" Drew muttered "It's almost midnight." The flashlight that Aries was carrying started to flicker out. "Ugh stupid thing," Aries yelled "well we're almost there anyway" He threw the pokeball backpack off of his shoulders and began to rummage around in it. After about a minute or two of eerie silence he shouted "Haha found it" holding up his black and blue pocket knife.

As they continued to hike deeper into the miserable blackness of the forest they came to a clearing blocked by vine after vine. Drew snapped "Okay I want answers now! Why have you taken me here!" Aries instantly turned pale started to blush. "Well, um uh, I, uh, just kinda wanted to be alone with you for once and I, uh, I know you like exploring so I, uh, brought you here." he sputtered out rubbing his head embarrassed, then went to cutting the thick vines. "That's sweet, my little bean!" Drew said rubbing his back. Drew took the pokeball backpack and began to rummage through it himself, there were several bottles of water, two folded blue fleece blankets, a couple granola bars, and a hair brush. "Are you planning to have us stay whole the whole night Aries?" Drew questioned in mild surprise.

Aries stood up and karate kicked the vines, they all tumbled limp to the ground. "TaDa," Aries shouted pleased with himself "oh and yes I am planning to stay whole the whole night." Aries took Drew by the hands and kissed him lovingly. When he finally pulled away they continued to hike into the clearing. Soon enough they came to a broken down abandoned two-story house the white paint chipping off of the walls. In the front lawn was a desolate graveyard swarming with bats. Aries griped Drew's hand harder "We're here" he whispered anxiously. As they walked closer the smell of rotting wood became almost unbearable the tall grass and headstones were hard to tread through. As they reached the unstable stairs that led up to the house, all the windows shattered showering them with glass. "I don't think this is a good idea" Drew muttered walking inside. The floor was riddled with dry blood and the doors hung off their rusty hinges. Aries, letting go of Drew's hand started to go upstairs. About halfway up the floor started to crumble beneath. In a panic Drew ran up to save him. "Aries" he cried as the whole staircase caved in...

Aries woke up in a damp room with no light other than the light coming out of the hole they fell through. Drew laid limp next to him barely breathing. He shook him by the shoulders while whispering "Drew please wake up please...please!" He desperately shook him now waiting for the love of his life to wake up. After a while he started to come around coughing and gasping for air. Aries hugged him in glee, he was alive and that's all he wanted at the moment. He helped him up off of the damp, crusty, floor. As they began to look around, Aries took out of the out of the bag he was carrying, three spare batteries that he popped into the flashlight. The bright flash of light that the flashlight admitted temporarily blinded them both. As they started to regain their vision the first thing that they saw was the dried blood all over the rotting wooden walls and a velvet sofa sitting in the corner, covered in dust. Drew took out what used to be his phone, it was smashed into three different pieces. "Darn it's useless" he screamed in anger. Aries began to walk to the outside of the room. There was a door but it was practically useless, jammed shut. "Hey Drew come and help me please!" he shouted back to him. he began to limp over stopping at the velvet chair "I think I sprained my ankle pretty badly." he winced. "Can I see the light please?" he wiped the dust off the chair and sat down in it gently. "Sure..." Aries replied getting cut off by a blood curdling scream from upstairs. Startled, they remained still and silently for a good few minutes. To break the silence and tense mood Drew cracked a joke "Knock knock?" he replied walking over "Who is it," Drew continued "I love..." he continued to play along "I love who?" Drew giggled a little bit, blushing slightly "I love you." he shone the light onto him ankle is was a swollen and bruising. "That...that looks painful, you want me to splint it?" he remarked. Drew quietly shook his head wincing in pain.
