Alexandra's P.O.V
I feel the summer breeze passed me, as I take a left turn to our street. The air is so familiar like when I was eight or seven years old I think. I was playing at our yard with my Cinderella gown having a tea with Mr. Bear and Barbie.
"Would you like some tea Mr. Bear?" I even asked the cute little bear sitting on the other side of the table with my fake British accent. That day was a Saturday afternoon, the sun was shining and it's a good day to play outside. So I asked my dad to bring my tea table and toys outside.
Then the Jefferson family arrived for our family dinner every Saturday night. We did this every weekend. Our family is so close; I knew them when I'm still in my mom's womb. My mom came out from the house to entertain them.
Mom hugs Mrs. Jefferson and then Mr. Jefferson. My dad came and joins them. Oliver runs up to me wearing his big smile with his big brother Sander. "What you doin?" He asked curious even though he already know.
"I'm playing tea with Mr. Bear and Barbie." I told him.
"Hi Alex." Sander says behind his brother.
"Hi Sander would you like to play tea with me?" I said with my pleading eye.
"How can I say 'NO' to a pretty lady like you" He says it in a British accent.
After our tea, my dad and Mr. Jefferson decided to bring us to the playground just one block away from our house before mom and Mrs. Jefferson done preparing for dinner. When we got there Oliver pulled me to play on the sand, but I was like 'No! My dress would be ruin' so he shrugged and pulled his brother to play with him. Sander followed him, while I walk to the swing set, sat on a strip of structure wood and hold the chain while I slowly swing myself. How much I want it to go faster my legs is too short to touch the ground to use it to sway the swing. I give up, as I watch Oliver and Sander building a small sand castle which doesn't even look like a castle. I look away as a sign of jealousy. Then suddenly two hands touch my back and push me and the swing sways high as I've been dreaming it to happen. I look behind me it was Sander smiling widely. I laugh as he pushed me up the sky. I was enjoying the moment when Oliver ruin it. He poke me with a stick but before he could poke it on my body I shield myself with my small hands. I cried and Oliver was laughing so hard.
"Oliver what have you done!" Sander scolded Oliver.
"Come on Alex don't cry." He whips the tears from my cheeks while I stop crying. My Hero. I just sat on the swing and watch him took a band aid from his pocket which he put every time, on my cut finger. Oliver was sorry for doing that and I forgave him since that day Sander was so over protected of me every time we play and he always hold my hand. I will never for get his soft hands. He was just so kind, caring and he trait me like a sister, but me I want him to be mine. When Oliver and I reach the 8th grade, Sander started ignoring me, how many times I want to talk to him he bring me down. Just few days ago he talk to me again. It surprise me and a bit odd too, but I don't care.
I smiled at the memory. If that day didn't happen I never fell in love. I'm almost home when suddenly my car slows down. Shit! I look at the gasoline meter. It's empty. Gasoline station here is so far away although our house is blocks away. I'm just going to push the car by myself on the scary road. As I think of it I'm just going to call Oliver and asked for help. I called him and his coming, he even laugh and tease me about me passing at there house eight times again.
Fifteen minutes had passed, but still no sign of Oliver. I'm in the car listening to my mom's player. My mom's taste of music is so old; I think most of the song here is from the 80's.
I turn of the player and look at the empty street of Gravity Falls, then a dog barks on the corner at an empty house and a man suddenly appear in the window of the house as the dog bark at him. I can't barely see what the man looks like, but I turn off the light of the car and shove myself down the driver sit and lock all the doors. My whole body is shaking. I'm so scared. Where's Oliver when you need him. The dog still barking at the man. The man gaze at me turning his head slowly like in the horror films.
'Dear God please help me, please please protect me from bad people.' I prayed.
I peck on the house again and the man and the dog is gone as well. I sigh in relief. I saw a bright light flash from behind, it was a car. Oliver. I exit the car and hug him tight really tight since his already standing by his car door.
"Thank God you're here. I was so scared." I muttered softly. He rubs my back with his palm. His hug is so different.
That's odd if Oliver is here right now he would laugh at me. I realized the guy I'm hugging is skinny not like Oliver's. He has a bump body. I gasp as I realized it was him, or the man in the creepy house, although I'm not sure. Who is this?
