Rich: I NEED MOUNTAIN DEW RED!
Jeremy: That's It!
Me: What's it?
Jeremy: Green Mountain Dew activates it and Red deactivates it.
Me: We better get Micheal then
Michael: MICHAEL MAKES AN ENTRANCE!
Me: (Stares Dreamily...
"And when he smiled, I was like crap, he smiled at me!"
Y/N just sipped her tea as her friend fangirled. "Then I smiled back! It was awesome, Y/N, Harry is such an amazing actor!"
Y/N spit out her tea and looked at Christine. "Girl, are you cheating on Jake already?!"
She looked at me and turned red, "The truth is that Jake cheated on me... with Madeline"
Y/N took mouth full of tea just to spit it out, "And you are just telling me this?!"
Christine frowned, "You didn't tell me you were dating Michael!"
This time Y/N didn't need to drink tea to spit out. She fell out of the chair she was sitting in.
"First of all I'm not dating Michael. Second of all, Jake is such a butthole, I'm still questioning why Rich hangs out with him." Y/N pouted
Christine's eyes widened, "You know Rich?"
Y/N gave her the Duh. He's Popular look as she finally got up from the cold wodden floor.
Christine nudged her, "You know what I mean!"
"Yeah, I Know Rich, he was my best friend! Then he moved and became popular.
FLASHBACK
"Remember this, Y/N. When we grow up we will run away!" 8-year-old Rich told 7-year-old Y/N.
"Where will we go?" She asked him and he grinned.
"Over the mountains and through the hill,we'll find somewhere."
"But, I need to take care of mommy and daddy! Can't we take them too?"
Rich frowned. "Of course not! If they do they will take me back here and I will have to be adopted. You are my only friend, I can't leave you here!"
"We can't leave. But, if you do go far away I can go find you! You just have to be patient."
Rich nodded and stuck out his pinkie. "Do you promise?"
"I promise" she told him sticking out hers too.
FLASBACK ENDED
Rich's POV
"Mom! There's some man at the door!" I yelled out staring at the tough looking guy. He was staring intently at me until my mom walked in. That's when he became all smiles. I knew these kind of people, they can be sweet when they have to.
And by the looks of this, this is mom's new boyfriend. He was good looking, I had to admit. Nice work on the looks,mom. On the personality? Not so well.
I felt my phone vibrate and looked down at my phone to see an unknown number.

I had a lot of thoughts as I read this text. I decided to question who it was. When I did a conversation blossomed, so did our friendship. Rich hadn't found out who this person exactly was but he didn't care either.
All I know is that I had a new friend.
Unknown POV
I smiled when I recieved a text from Rich. Maybe he did care about others, maybe he didn't.
But the way he spoke was as if he knew what it was like to be a loser.
When I first began to text him, I expected a snarky responce. This kid had everything why would he forgive someone he didn't know?
I was confused by the boy, but the mystery intrigued me.
Maybe Rich isn't so bad after all.
