HEADPHONES
—————

You wrapped your scarf tightly around your neck, pulling it down slightly to apply lip balm on your chapped lips.

You grabbed your phone and dropped it in your pocket, letting Mi-cha know you were leaving. Her classes were canceled today because the professor lives too far away to drive through the snow. Unfortunately, your professor was able to make it, so off you went, closing the door to your apartment and walking to the elevator.

You rubbed your hands together and pressed the button for the first floor. You checked your bag for everything that you needed, almost having a heart attack when you thought you left your pencils at home.

You waved at the neighbors that happened to walk by, every one of them bundled up so much that their faces were almost hidden. You took one look outside the door and immediately debated ditching class.

But, being the responsible adult you were, you headed out into the snow.

You shivered, your nose turning pink as your cheeks flushed from the cold. You stuffed your hands in your pockets, wishing you'd worn gloves, but too lazy to go back and grab them.

You didn't check your phone until you got to the station, it being too cold to take your hands out of your pockets.

It wasn't a particularly crowded day, so you opted not to listen to music. The view was fascinating. The trees were bare with only the piling snow to cover them as falling snowflakes landed on your shoulders.

The sidewalks were dusted with the snow that had just began to fall, a few snowflakes landing on your face, causing you to shake your head from the chill.

By the time you had made it to the station, your clothes were covered in powder, your boots becoming damp from the melting snow.

Yoongi waved at you, a small smile dancing across his lips.

"Hey," he said as he turned and started walking towards the train platform, you following behind.

"How are things going with the comeback?"

He sighed, grinning, "Everything's almost done, we're going to start filming the music video tomorrow, so I'll be getting off at your stop instead of my usual one."

You smiled, "Then I can show you where I work!"

He smiled, "Didn't you say that you're getting a new coworker since Mi-cha won't be working there full time anymore?"

You sighed, setting your bag down on the floor and sitting down before the train started moving, "Yeah, I need to train her all this week, I think her name is M? She sounds like a foreigner."

He nodded, takin off his jacket so he could sit down, "I wouldn't want to disturb you—"

"No! I still want you to stop by!" You smiled sheepishly at your burst, "What time do you think you'll finish shooting everyday?"

He furrowed his eyebrows, "I don't really know. What time do you get off work?"

"Around five. Why?"

He blushed, "No reason."

You laughed, pinching his cheek, "You're so cute, Yoongi."

He brushed your hands off, his cheeks flushed, "Aish, why do you say things like that."

"I only speak the truth."
