14. He's confusing me

"Take this medicine" Mr. Khurana said and Rudra takes two capsules without looking at him. And it was sleeping pills!!!

Though I remained silent even after watching "sleeping pills". I was confused.

I glanced at Rudra who was now silent and staring outside the window. His eyes were puffy and his face was having scars of tears. Though he was adorable.

Suddenly Mr. Khurana got a phone call and asked the driver to stop the car. He left the car to attend the call and the driver as well left the car. I hurriedly slipped myself beside Rudra.

He was lost in his own world. "Rudra" I placed my palm on his knuckles. He hurriedly removed his hand.

"You.... You... Will... You will kill me...." He quivers without looking at me.

How does he knows? Does he knows about Abeer? And about Harsh kidnapped!? And that they want him to be killed? Or was it me who scared me?

"No... I will not" I replied softly.

He looked at me.

"Aren't you sleepy?" I asked.

"No I'm not" He replied.

But Mr. Khurana has given him sleeping pills! I have witnessed it!! Still he's not sleepy!! How!!

"Do you know about Riya? In our class?" I asked changing the topic.

He slowly nodes his head right to left.

"Umm.... She's my friend and she is really funny" I laughed to cheer him up.

But he remains blankly glaring outside the window.

"Are you hungry?" I asked.

Silence.

"I have a chocolate bar. Do you want to have?"

"I'm not a kid" He fumed.

I smirked secretly as he was angry again! Again as the Ruthless, ill-mannered jerk Rudra!

Though he acted well as a really scared person. I'm impressed.

"Okay fine...." I replied.

Mr. Khurana came the next moment. "I'm sorry.... I was just checking him if he was fine" said I while Rudra was still staring outside.

"It's okay.... I'll sit on front side." Mr. Khurana stopped me to change my seat and I smiled.

We were on the way and I kept my eyes on Rudra. "Aren't you sleepy my son?" He asked. "No.... And I'm not your son" He fumed.

We finally reached finally. And I unlocked the house. Rudra, as always left to his room and Mr. Khurana followed him, shutting the door. I, again kept my eyes on keyhole.

"Son, you should sleep now.... Nothing to worry Okay..... you are fine." He said making him sit on bed.

"No... I will do what I want. Just get the hell out of here. And stop calling me your son!!!"

"Okay fine...." He proceeds to leave the room and I hid myself beside the wall.

"How are you here Mr. Khurana?" I asked being casual.

"I'm here to stay with Rudra" He replied.

Wait. What!!!

Rudra will live with him? Then how will I be with him!! I mean Abeer wants me to kill him. And Harsh is with him only!! I can't risk anyone's life. Specially not Harsh's!
