Foggy details

The rest of the day is kind of foggy to me. I think that is a good thing, because I know I would've been in pain. All I remember is being on a stretcher, then I woke up in a hospital room. I was not sad or upset, I was probably laughing and happy because I was on anesthesia. When I came to I did feel pain, but I could handle it. I think the worst part though, was waking up and asking my mom, "where is my leg?" I couldn't see it. All she could do was sob, "honey it's gone..." she cried. "You were stuck in the car, and it was the only way to get you out. They had to get you out. I'm sorry." That's when I pretended to pass out again. But I was wide awake.
