Synopsis:Because This Is My First Life centers around a "house-poor" man and a homeless woman who end up sharing a house together. It deals with the problems facing today's generations and how the present-day youth view the realities of life concerning jobs, romantic relationships, and marriage.

Main Cast:
Lee Min-ki as Nam Se-hee, a man in his 30s who has a degree in design and works at an IT firm. He owns a house but is burdened by his mortgage. His decision not to marry is fixed but gets shaken up upon meeting his housemate Yoon Ji-ho.
Jung So-min as Yoon Ji-ho, a woman who gives up on dating due to her financial woes. She does not own a house, so she looks for a cheap apartment and ends up sharing a house together with Nam Se-hee.
