1. You must follow this account to enter the awards.
2. You must not be rude to any other participants or judges or you will be disqualified from anything you have applied for.
3. You must tag at least 3 persons in your form.
4. You must add this book to your reading list and keep it there for the duration of the awards.
5. Place the hashtag 'shookethawards' on your book (optional)
6. You are not allowed to enter more than one book in each category but otherwise any amount of books from one account is accepted.
7. When filling out the form, it should be posted in the inline comments for the specific category the book is being applied for.
8. Each book should have a different form.
9. The password 'ot5' must be written at the end of the form for it to be accepted. The password should not be named as a password either. Which means this should not be done 'password: ot5'. (I'll be lenient with this)
10. The book MUST have 3 or more chapters not including author notes. Short stories are the only exception.
11. Books submitted should be in English.
12. Books with over 100k views are not accepted.
13. Books with mature scenes are accepted but books containing only mature scenes are not accepted.
14. Only 15 entries will be accepted for each category with the exception of the short story category and poetry category which accept 20.
15. You can be a judge and a particpant but you are not allowed to judge the category/categories that your book/s are entered in.
16. There must be at least 3 books submitted for each category for the category to be judged and participants to receive, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place along with an Honorable Mention.
17. If the category only has one book submitted, that book will not win any prizes, if there are two books submitted, they will not get 1st or 2nd place but the book with the highest score will be given the title Honorable Mention for that category.
18. Participant sticker will be sent out once the judging process has begun.
19. Once you have won the awards once you are not allowed to be a participant in any other rounds held.
20. Results will not be posted in this book.
21. A book entry may have more than one author.
