Jordyn became tired of waiting on August to change his ways, so she decided to text Dave back.
"Hey, im sorry about earlier!" -J
"It's fine I understand. How has your day been beautiful?" -D
"Its been okay, could've been better... well its a little better how about yours?"-J
'Mine has been okay , but now its better that Im talking to you;)" -D
"Lol, thanks " -J
Jordyn went the rest of the night texting and video chatting with Dave. She got advice from him and Dave even helped her pick out her clothes for the upcoming sports banquet. They talked all night about her relationship with August. Dave told her about his father and brother passing away. By the end of the night Jordyn hade connected with Dave in a special way.
"Dave , can I tell you something?"
"Sure gorgeuos , go ahead!"
"Your like the only guy I've actually was able to have a conversation with. I like it a lot"
Dave chuckled in the phone " Well Im happy that you said that because your the first girl i ever really talked too. "
"Really? I never really would have guessed that. You seem like a ladies man"
"Not really , that more like my twin brother Daniel. "
They went on the rest of the night just talking until both of them feel asleep on the phone . Jordyn felt like she finally found a friend that understands her.
