She was getting ready for their batch reunion. After 10 years, makikita na niya ulit ang mga batchmates niya way back 2014-2015. She tied her hair up like a bun and let some of it fall down on to the sides of her face. She was wearing black cocktail dress detailed with gold beads and wore gold pumps for her feet. She looked at herself through the mirror and smiled. "Ang ganda naman ng anak ko." napatingin siya sa taong nagsalita. "Ma." she said. "You're so pretty, sweetie." pagpuri ng ina ni Karylle sa kanya. "Thanks, Ma." she replied. "Di ka pa ba aalis? Magseseven na, baka malate ka n'yan." "I'm ready to go na, actually." "Okay, take care. Magpapahintay ka ba kay Manong or you'll just text him?" her mom asked. "I'll just text him kapag pauwi na 'ko. Bye Ma, I gotta go." she planted a kiss on her mom's cheeks. Inihatid naman siya sa gate ni Ms. Zsazsa and waited until they drove off.

"Vice? Vice, oh my gosh!" bati ni Anne pagdating ni Vice. Bineso siya ni Vice at naupo sa tabi niya. She was wearing white tube cocktail dress with silver sequins and silver wedge boots for her feet. She just simply tied her hair and some light make up. "Grabe, mas pumogi ka ngayon Viceral!" saad ni Anne. Napachuckle naman ng mahina si Vice sa sinabi ng kaibigan. "Hala ka Anne, baka mainlove ka sa'kin niyan!" biro ni Vice. Nakatikim naman siya ng mahinang hampas sa braso from Anne. "Eh paano naman, tignan mo oh, ang pogi pogi mo dyan sa suot mong classic black suit. Sosyal ka na ngayon ha!" They laughed and started to reminisce things from the past. "Asan na si Billy? Si Vhong?" Anne asked. "Hind--" "I heard my name, hinahanap mo ba 'ko, Curtis?" "BILLY!" sabay na sigaw ni Vice at Anne ng makita nila si Billy. Billy was wearing light blue suit and tie with dark blue rubber shoes. "Hanep ka, amboy na amboy!" sabi ni Vice as he was giving his bestfriend a chestbump. Bineso naman ni Billy si Anne at tumabi din malapit sa dalawa. "Si Vhongskie, wala pa?" tanong ni Billy sa dalawa. Umiling naman ang mga ito kaya tumango na lang si Billy. They continued reminiscing their hig school days nang may nakita silang dumating. "May nakamiss ba sa akin?" they turned to their back. "Dingdong!" sigaw ni Anne. Bineso siya ni Anne and invited himn to sit with them. After a miute or two, dumating si Echo and just like what Anne did with Dingdong, she invited Echo to sit with them.
"Si Karylle ba?" napatingin ang lahat kay Vice. "Whoa, seryoso ba 'to? Hinahanap mo 'yung babaeng halos kamuwian noon? Hahaha!" pangangantyaw ni Dingdong. "Gagu! Hahaha. Di uso move on, Dong?" sagot naman ni Vice. "Sus, if we know! Crush mo din si Karylle noon eh." hirit ni Billy. "Ra ulo! Hahaha. ten years ago 'yun, brad. TEN YEARS." he emphasized the words 'five years.' "Ten years nga, eh sus! Bakit 'di ka nagkagirlfriend?" sabi ni Echo. Vice let out a chuckle. "Uy, si Viceral! Hindi nakasalita!" sabi ni Anne that made everyone on their table laugh. "Nahohotseat ako, wait! Hahaha." sagot ni Vice. Tumawa naman ang iba nilang kasama pati narin mismo si Vice. After a minute or two, may lumapit sa kanilang babae and lahat sila ay napatingin sa ganda nito. Nobody spoke, lahat sila ay kulang na lang mapadrool sa kagandahan ng babaeng nasa harap nila ngayon.
"Uh, guys? Ano? Tinginan na lang?" said by the girl infront of them. "Ah eh, sino ka?" sabi ni Dingdong. "Karylle..." sabi ni Vice. "K? Karylle?!" sabi ni Billy, with his eyes widened. "That's my bestfriend over there! Karylle! I missed you!" sabi ni Anne at bineso niya ito. "I missed you too Anne! Kamusta na?" Karylle asked. "Perfectly fine, sweetie. Ganda ng suot, ha! Gold and glam!" Anne stated. Umikot naman si Karylle para ipakita ang bare back niya. Ang ganda niya. Vice thought. Binlink niya ang kanyang mga mata para isipin kung totoo nga na si Karylle ang babaeng nasa harap niya. "K! Ang ganda mo!" sabi ni Billy and stood up to give K a kiss on the cheek. Ganun din naman ang ginawa ni Dingdong at Echo, but Vice was still letting the idea of K infront of her sink in his mind.
Bago umupo si Karylle next to Vice ay nagkatitigan muna sila. "Vice, nice to meet you again." K said. "Uh, h-hi." nauutal na sinabi ni Vice. Tumayo si Vice at bineso si Karylle. Though it was awkward for Vice, nagbeso naman pabalik si Karylle para mawala ang awkwardness. Umupo na sila and Karylle started to socialize with her other batchmates but Vice didn't took his eyes off Karylle. Gandang-ganda pa din siya dito, just like the days back when they were in high school. Nakamove on na ako eh. Vice thought. Nakatingin pa din siya kay Karylle and tried to remember every single detail of her face. "Vice, baka naman matunaw si K nyan!" sabi ni Dingdong kaya naghiyawan naman ang mga kasama nila. Napatawa na lang si K while si Vice naman ay pinandilatan ng mata si Dingdong saka tumawa ng mahina. "Huy, kayo talaga! Inaaway niyo 'tong si Vice, eh ang tagal tagal na nun noh! High school pa tayo." sabi ni Karylle. "Naks naman, kumpleto ang barkada natin mga brad!" napalingon sila sa nagsalita.
