The Missing Book (Melody)

        After when we were done talking, we walked over where the 3 guys were at. We found a book, darkness oozing out of the lock.

"Was this the book that you were talking about?" I asked Eulalia.

She nodded in agreement, "Red and black with a lock on it."

I yawned as I looked at the book. Azure walked over and picked it up.

"We need a key," Azure said to us.

"No duh, Captian Obvious." Eulalia said.

    We started to walk around, the city being empty. It was fairly easy to find a key. I then thought. It took us about 3 hours, walking around the city. Every time when Azure and Eulalia were not looking, I tried to run into Panda Express to get some food. 

    But it never works because of Eulalia... like dang, she sees EVERYTHING. Once, I tried to steal a one hundred dollar bill when she was not lo- I'm being to carried away, AHEM.

    I ran into a glacier at the entrance of Panda Express. "Ow..."

"Let's get going," Eulalia said fiercely while eagle eyeing me. I heard Azure giggle in the background.

   Another hour flew right by us, and we haven't found the key yet. Then, Eulalia came up with a plan.

   "UNDERGROUND? ARE YOU CRAZY?" I shouted at her.

"We just walked for 4 hours around the whole city, and this city is small. Where else would it be?"

"Heh, "for 4"," Azure giggled.

I thought about the dirty mud and worms underground, ants... you know.

   Next thing you know, I called on my Earth dragon, Erde. (Earth in German) I don't usually call on him for help because we don't get along.

I put my hand up, I face the palm of my hand up.

I sighed at the feeling of summoning Erde, "Dragon Summoning! Erde!"
An earth dragon popped its head up from the ground. I sighed once more, the dragon looked at me angrily.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked Erde. He gave me a light growl.

   I jumped back, "Ok...ok... just for this one." Eulalia and Azure exchanged looks.

    I got into Erde in me special saddle I made for underground adventure. I was never hoping this would happen to us.

"Lets go Erde..." I said, being sarcastically depressed. Erde gave a roar and made a messy hole in the ground, diving in it.

   Few minutes later, I heard a BANG! colliding with my glass in the protective glass saddle. Erde stopped, then I inspected the shiny item. It's a key! I thought.  I told Erde to slide it in one of the pockets near the saddle.
  
    When we were heading up, I heard a muffled scream from underground. Then, I heard: "Azure? Azure!" It was Eulalia, Erde suddenly got faster and shot straight up. It unlocked the protective case I was in and Erde was gone. There was only one thing I could do.

        I screamed until Eulalia made an ice slide and made me land safely in the... fountain.

"Your so mean!" I shouted at her.

"Shhh..." She was staring at Azure laying on her lap. "From anything I've seen so far, I found Azure, laying on the floor with a little blood from her side. I already wrapped it up with some medicine blah blah blah stfuf like that. But I found her in the dark alley where the man from earlier disappeared into."

    "Wait," I thought for a moment, "did she have anything important to her?"

"My food?" Eulalia asked.

"No... think Melody... THINK!" I realized something, "OH! Does she still have her book with her?"

Eulalia checked her bag that she found in the city. "No..."

"But, I found the key." I held the key up and gave it to Eulalia.

"Good job Melody." She pleased me.

"Also... wh-" "GAH!" I heard Azure shoot straight up from Eulalia's lap.

"THANK GOODNESS YOUR OK!" Eulalia shouted at her while hugging her.

"Owwww... Stoooppppp..." Azure mumbled.

I chuckled, "So, what happened?" I asked Azure.

"Well, the last thing I remember," she was laying down on Eulalia's lap. "is that I was walking down a deep dark alley. Trying to find that key. But a man, a cloaked man a- " I could tell she felt like someone stabbed her. "Ow... Ahem. I was saying that a cloaked man stabbed me with a dagger on the side. Then knocked me out by kicking me in the face." She sighed as she tried to hide the pain.

  "Oof, that's harsh," Eulalia said.

"I think he was looking for the book and trying to unlock it. But he can't do it with the key." I said while Eulalia held a key.

"Oh thank goodness," Azure sighed, "more violence."

Eulalia put the key in her pocket, "We must never let go of the key, I sense evil, a strong sense of magic in that book."

"Mhm, let's stay in the city for awhile. Let's talk while Azure gets some rest." I said.

But in the time I said that, Azure was already asleep on Eulalia's lap. "Time to wait until she wakes up." I said.
