What would you do if the person you love just randomly stopped texting back...? He means so much to me, yet, I haven't heard from him in months on end.

It's so hard not talking to him....not even one reassuring text....just pure and utter silence...
I love him so much that it actually physically hurts me. He knows everything about me. He even loves my cons and pros...to me he's absolutely perfect...
Im super worried and I just want to know if hes okay....
Do you know how hard it is to not talk to someone who is one of your best friends and lover? It's so fucking hard to not just end it...it's so hard.
