Present Day — Katrina's POV

Sam looked at me as we all drove to the address the mystery man gave us. Of course it was in Lake Forest, so it was an hour away. We had to take 2 cars. Elton drove his car while Colby rode shotgun. Sam, Amanda, and I rode in the back. Aaron, Brennen, Corey, and Devyn were in the other car.

I looked back at Sam. He smiled at me with his dopey but sweet smile. I didn't understand how he could be so calm right now. I glanced over at Amanda who was sitting on the other side of me.

She looked extremely nervous. I mean, I was too, but she seemed terrified. I wasn't a huge fan of Shea, but I was still scared because I didn't want her to go through this. Amanda had never even met Shea, I don't think.

Amanda was always the brave one. Devyn and I always are so jumpy and scared. Amanda, out of us three girls, is the bravest. She went to Suicide Bridge and got POSSESSED, but even then she wasn't near as terrified as I was when the picture in Sam's room fell during the Midnight Man Challenge.

I knew I couldn't just talk to her with Sam, Elton, and Colby in the car. I pulled out my phone and began to text her. Sam was caught up in talking to Colby and Elton, so I wasn't worried about him looking at my phone.

Katrinator: "Yo A, what's bothering you? Usually you're chill when it comes to scary, stressful stuff."

Amanda got the text and glanced at me.

ATrain: "I know. It's just that, there's something really huge going on and I can't deal with any stress right now. I want to help Shea, but..."

Katrinator: "...but what?!"

ATrain: "My period was 3 weeks late. This morning I took a test, and I'm pregnant. I don't know how to tell Elton. I'm not sure he's ready to be a dad yet to anyone other than Circa. I'm not even sure if I'm ready to be a mom."

I almost gasped, but I was able to refrain myself. I was about to text her back, but Elton spoke up.

"We're here." I looked up, inadvertently latching on to Sam's arm while simultaneously grabbing Amanda's hand.

It was an abandoned factory. We all stepped out of the car just as the others pulled in. We didn't dare take another step closer to the building until the entire group was together.

Third Person/Narrator POV

The group walked in the only visible entrance. It was dark, and huge.

"Everyone stick together." Elton said. Everyone agreed.

They began exploring. They had almost finished with the old lobby area, when they heard a girl screaming.

"Colby?! Colby are you there?! Anyone?!"

Colby, Sam, Kat, and Brennen gasped.

"Shea!" Colby yelled running toward the screams. Everyone chased after him, yelling. Hey ran to an area where there was no ceiling. You could see all the way up to the third floor. Then the lights switched on. Shea stood on the edge of the third floor with a rope tied to her neck from the rafters. She was sobbing.

Kat and Devyn both screamed. Then a man appeared behind her.

He spoke, "If you want Shea back and you want to get out of here, ALIVE, then there are some rules. You will have to play a series of games. You will vote two people into those games. The looser of the game will be thrown in the holding cell, whereabouts of which are unknown to you, and impossible to find. If someone manages to get through all the games, then I will let all the captured and un-captured players go, including Ms. Elyse here. But if no one succeeds in beating all the games, you will all be locked in the holding sell, and I will blow up the building."
