Patrick came into my apartment.

"Wow so clean." he said

"In a week it'll be a disaster." I smiled

"At least your honest." I laughed

"So do you wanna bake first or watch a movie?" I smiled

"How bout bake then we can eat the cookies during the movie." smiled patrick

"Alright sounds good." I smiled

We walked into the kitchen an I pulled out all of the ingredients

"Have you ever baked?" I asked

"A few times with my sisters except it was more they cooked I ate it." he laughed

"Hey that's a start." I laughed

"and I stirred too." he smiled

"Alright you can do that then." I smiled

I started making the cookies and patrick stirred them. I put them on the baking pan and put them in the oven. I jumped up and sat on my counter.

"Now we wait." I smiled

"I guess so." He smiled

Patrick walked over and sat next to me. I smiled when he jumped up

"Miss Canada yet?" he asked

"Uhh kinda. I prefer Chicago a little more." I smiled

"Ahh that's always nice." he smiled

"Ya. what about you do you ever miss home?" I smiled

"Ya I miss my mom cooking for me, now I have to be independent." he laughed

"Ya I know moving out always sucks. a whole new way of viewing the world and stuff like that." I smiled

"Defiantly. nice to have someone to kinda talk about it with though." he said

"Well anytime you need someone to talk to I'm right here." I smiled

"Thanks." he smiled grabbing my cheek and pulling me in for another kiss.
