Rose Lillian Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Turkey Day

Rose's P.O.V.:

It had been a month since death decided to visit me. Everything was fine until last night. 

Flash Back:

I was running through the hills, breathing quickly trying to escape, escape from something. I didn't look but I could hear it taunting me.

"Rose, you can run but you can't hide," Death taunted me.

I tripped over something and fell.

"Ah Rose oh so fine, Wonder what'd you do if that Noah boy got taken away?" Death taunted me.

"I am keeping my part of the deal so why keep visiting? Leave him out of this too, it's between you and me," I told him while getting up and dusting off.

"Just to make sure, I'll check in once every two- to three months and then more often," He stated calmly before everything went dark.

I woke up screaming, Leo and Viktor came in barging through the doors.

End of Flashback.

I had to tell Noah, I just had to. But could I trust him to not leak this? It didn't matter I got out of bed and washed my face before changing into my outfit. I slipped on my vans and walked down to the great hall while putting on my glasses. I looked around for Noah and saw him sitting near James. Oh well, I walked over and James turned to face me but I tapped on Noah's shoulder. I fiddled with the end of my skirt, while he turned around.

"Noah, I um need to ask you something about the dark arts," I commented.

He looked at me oddly knowing I was the one who was better at it.

"Yeah sure shoot," He told me.

"Nous devons parler maintenant?*" I told him raising my tone, in the end, hoping he would catch on.

"Oh oui bien sûr, allons-y.*" He said while getting up and walking with me.

Once we got out of the great hall I grabbed his hand and lead him to the library into the private section and sat down quickly. He sat down across from me and looked at me worried.

"I, um need you to promise me something, okay?" I told him while reaching to hold his hand.

"Yeah, of course, Fleur," He said while holding my hand in reassurance.

"I um, I-" I took a deep breath and pushed through. 

"When I went to Hogwarts for the weekend I ended up dying there, I made a deal with death, now I have these reoccurring nightmares, and last night he popped by for a visit, and told me what would it be like for me if I lost you and I had to tell you because-" I was cut off by him kissing me?

"Rose you started to ramble and I only caught small parts like how you died, and death mentioning me?" He questioned.

"So basically last night he popped by for a nightmarish visit and said what would I do if I didn't have you or I lost you," I said calmly.

"How about we take this somewhere more like private?" He asked me while getting up and leading the way to my room, more specifically the guest room.

He sat down on a sofa and I sat down next to him. I finished explaining everything to him never making eye contact.

"So you basically told death to leave me alone?" he asked while smiling a little.

"Yup," I said while popping the p.

"Then I guess it's okay to ask you this," Noah said while facing me. "Do you to go on a date with me sometime?"

I was shocked but smiled.
