Why do the mornings have to be so stressful argg..i can't get out of bed its so warm and cosy but my moms cooking delicious pancakes..and i love pancakes.
Sarah get up its school today!you dont want to be tardy on your second week of school.
I could hear my mom all the way from downstairs.I got off my big queen sized bed put on my comfy fluffy shoes,wore my oversized jersey which matched with my tight jean and tied up my long brown hair although it would've looked better in red but you can't change the course of nature.I set for downstairs to were my mom was and saw the freshly made pancakes waiting for me to devour them.
My mom was in the other room talking on the phone with her boss or so i think it is cause my mom sounded really hazey as she spoke on the phone,for a moment i heard her pleading with the person on the phone asking them for some more time..well who was i to eavesdrop on my moms conversation,so i set off to finish the last set of pancakes left on my plate.
My mom came back to the kitchen looking pretty sad but im not the type that would like to know so i let her be..until she approached me.
"Sarah im sorry
Oh ohh..when my mom says that its usually bad news..what could it be this time?
"What are you apologising for mom
"Well you see that new job i totally told you about
"Yes..and???
"Well my boss called me and said i need to be in California for a week,dont be sad sweety i promise to be back home immediately after im done and it'll be as though i wasn't even gone okay.
Omg this is actually good news this means that i can finally call madison and susan in for a sleepover but for now let me just act mad with mom just to keep up with the act.
"Mom how could you..i just started attending a new school and you leaving already why mom..now im stuck with school drama and now this.
"Sarah i..im sorry
I ran upstairs taking the last two pancakes with me and went up to my room to text madison and susan the good news.I felt bad for my mom though cause i could here her sobbing as i reached my room,although a teens gotta do what a teens gotta
