chapter 1

Lexi POV

Well today is the first day of summer. I'm meeting everyone at the mall i check my phone and seen a text message from Ariel i tap the message and it said meet me at the mall entrance at 12 o'clock i text it back ok . Its barely 8:30 am so i decided to take a shower .I picked out my outfit for the day. Which was a crop top that was blue and that had white letters saying hello . And black jean shorts and my white vans . I took a shower and put my outfit and my hair which I side braided . And makeup I did it natural then went downstairs and my brother was passed out on the couch . I went to the kitchen to make a peanut butter sandwich and glass of milk . My dad came downstairs and said your up early I said well I'm going to mall with my friends . He said ok but don't come home late . My dad is a cop which means he works late my mom passed away when I was born so it's just my dad and brother . My brother sam in the other hand is so annoying but he is overprotective about me he is 11 grade I'm in 10 grade in the end I love him . I looked through my Instagram scrolling down and out of nowhere someone said boo . I turned around and it was Sam . Sam what the fuck man  I screamed he said i didn't scare you for a long time come on he said were are you going all fancy . I said none of your business he said well your not going anywhere unless you tell me . I said fine im going to the mall with my group of my friends . He said let me me guess Ariel , Weston,blake, Mario,Zack , Nathan and Loren . I said yes can I leave now . He was blocking the kitchen doorway he moved and I left to my room to grab my mini backpack and money. And then my went phone ringing i grab it and it was Mario calling I answered hey Mario what happened he said come outside my sis cat is driving us to the mall to meet everyone else i said all right . I grabbed my backpack and ran down stairs to the front door . I went out to the car and sat in the back were mario is sitting . He said you look nice today i reply thanks you to love the shoes . 20 mins later we arrived at the mall . And cat dropped us off by the entrance i said thanks for the ride she replied no problem . We both walked in the mall and saw everyone . I said hey people . Blake said girl you look beautiful today . I blush and looked away i turned back and said thanks . Weston said come on guys i want to go the candy store i said same . We both walked in to the store he said you want starburst i know there your favorite i said yes i can't resist it he said we are both like little kids that never been into a candy store . I said I know right we both started laughing eventually we finished and payed for the stuff . We walked out the shop and looked for everyone . Weston said where is everyone there were out here 5 minutes ago . Untill someone comes around me and huggs me I turned around and it's Nathan . He said you should have seen the look on your face you guys were doing showing us a photo . I said very funny nathan . Weston said aww you guys look like a perfect couple . Nathan said no we don't then i add yeah we are just friends. He replied i was just kidding i Hugged him saying sorry do you forgive me he said of course . Ariel and Loren said lex you wanna go to the makeup store i said ya sure . Weston said have fun doing girl things then Blake added meet us at the the food court in 30 mins we girls nodded and left .

Ariel POV

Lexi birthday is next week me and Loren are planning to pretend we are buying makeup for ourselves but in reality we aren't we buying it for her . She is a great friend i know her since middle school . Actually i known my friends since middle school i love them all we are very close . So i was looking at lipsticks and i saw a really pretty palate that has shades of pink she love pink so yeah I'm getting this . Blake texted me saying what should I get lex for a birthday gift . I said buy her shoes that she always wanted the purple vans . He replied all right i buy it i reply tell the boys to get rings or necklaces she loves them . Moments later  he replied ok Weston all ready got her rings and a small heart chain. Loren came up to me did you find anything I said yes i show it to her the pallet and she said lex is going to love it . Then lex came up to us saying ready guys we both nodded . All right so we paid for our stuff and went to forever 21. I yelled omg look at this outfit I have  to try it on . Lex and Loren said you should it looks really pretty. Eventually we bought outfits and left . We are all walking to the food court . Loren said omg look at this pic she showed us the pic of all us  of when were little . Then we spotted the boys sitting at a large  round table we all sat at the table . Blake said who wants pizza everyone said yes so Blake and Zack went to the pizza place . Nathan said so lex do you like anyone she replied no . He said lex isn't that boy your ex she turned around and she said yes. We all know Lexi ex he is a psyco person . She started to cry . Weston and all of us said don't cry lex we won't let him touch you . Then blake and zack came back and said why is lex crying . I said remember her ex boyfriend well he is here . Blake said were is he do'nt worry lex if he tries to hurt you he will try me first the rest of the boys said ya . Loren said come on lex let's take you to the restroom . I went with them .
