Pick-up Lines and a Damn Cute Barista ~ Jungkook

Jungkook sighed in relief as his hyungs announced that practice was finally over for the day. He could finally take a break and go to the new coffee shop he's been dying to try out. All his guy friends had spoken highly of the coffee and service and mentioned that a really cute surprise was almost always at the counter.

Hurrying to pack up his stuff, Jimin asked Jungkook where he was going. Jungkook being the evil maknae he was said he was going out with Taehyung and proceeded to drag him to the coffee shop where they were both greeted by the delicious smell of coffee.

And a really cute barista. She smiled at the two of them and Jungkook couldn't help the blush that spread across his face. He turned his head away when he heard you giggle.

You smiled at the customer who was handing you the money for his drink. "Thank you, sir! I hope you enjoy your coffee!"

The guy blushed. It was no secret that this shop was really popular because of a certain barista who was almost always there, You. Your beauty attracted all the men to the shop like flies to honey, not that you minded. More customers for you.

Your bright eyes and beautiful smile left all the guys gaping at you, wishing they knew more about you.

Your shop was small and private so you had many famous idols coming too since they knew you respected their privacy and wouldn't treat them differently from other customers, giving them at least a small sense of normalcy in their abnormal lives.

Because of that, you had made a lot of friends in the K-pop industry, both males and females.

You were naturally a little flirty so you couldn't resist adding a little wink while smiling at the blushing guy, who just blushed harder and hurried away. You giggled, watching him practically run away. 'Who wants to bet that he'll be coming back tomorrow?'

Now the shop was completely empty since it was nearing your closing time anyways and you wanted to leave on time so you had some free time to relax at home before starting with all the housework.

You had this cheeky habit of winking at the cuter guys that came into your shop because you knew the effect you had one the opposite gender and couldn't resisting using it to your advantage, causing the males to blush and frequent back to the shop just to see you again. It was fun seeing the guys blush at your smallest actions.

Just then the bell tinkled, signaling that a new customer had arrived. You turned to greet the newcomer and noticed it was two men. Both seemed to be in their early twenties and were really cute.

You noticed the younger one was avoiding your gaze and blushing slightly. You smiled. "Hello there, sirs! Welcome to my little shop! How can I help you?"

The older one smiled at you, showing off a bright boxy smile and greeted you back. "Hello!"

The two of them walked up the counter and started to decide what to buy. While they did that, you stared at the younger one and tried to get his attention. When he finally turned to you and give you a tiny smile, you immediately smiled in return. Finally, you had caught his attention.

Jungkook couldn't help but smile at you, who were being really cute and trying to grab his attention. When Taehyung placed his order, he turned to Jungkook, gave some money to pay and told him that he was going to the bathroom.

Jungkook watched as Taehyung left him alone in the shop with the barista who immediately spoke up, "Hey cutie, are you going to order something or are you just fine with staring at me and the floor?"

Jungkook blushed. Apparently he wasn't as sneaky as he thought he was being. He nervously chuckled at you, who smirked in return, and ordered a coffee and a cookie for himself.

You put in the order and asked for his name to write on the coffee cups even though there was no one else in the shop. He replied, "Just put Kookie. With a 'k'."

You chuckled and nodded. You wrote the name on both the cups and went to make the coffees. There something special about this guy that you really liked so you decided to take a leap of faith and scribble a cheeky message on the coffee that 'Kookie' wanted.

Returning with the cups and the cookie. You handed it to him. His friend was still not back. He took them, quickly paid and went to sit at a table to wait for his friend.

Jungkook twirled his cup around, bored while waiting. He suddenly noticed a little message on his cup that he hadn't noticed before.

'If love is cookies, I want you as my Kookie <3'

Jungkook chuckled and looked back to you. You gave him a cheeky grin and a wink and went to start cleaning up the store for the day.

With a tiny burst of courage, the maknae walked to the counter and called you. "Excuse me! Can I have another cookie?"

You turned to him and grinned. "Sure, but I apologize if it isn't as cute as you."

Jungkook chuckled again and paid for the second cookie. When he got the bill, he noticed a another message on it.

'I can be the chocolate chips to your Kookie, if you'd let me... ;)'

Jungkook mentally giggled at the note but only let a smile grace his features. As he signed the receipt for the purchase, he wrote a little message to you back.

Just then, Taehyung came back and the two of them left, not before Jungkook threw a subtle wink to over his shoulder, making you blush slightly.

Jungkook chuckled. Taehyung threw a side glance at the younger. "What are you laughing about?"

Jungkook just smiled and shook his head. "Nothing."

The shop was nice, the coffee and cookies were good and the barista was exactly his type: cute and flirty.

He'd have to come back again real soon.

You looked at the receipt and saw a little message scribbled for you by 'Kookie.'

'Well, since I'm the Kookie, you'd have to be the espresso coffee powder to go along since you're so fine ;P'

You giggled at the cheesy pick-up. Damn, he might seen shy at first glance but that was definitely not all he had to offer. Though, why did something about him remind you of the pet bunny you used to have when you were little?

"Well cutie, thanks for coming and I hope you come back again."
