Alice's Birthday

Mrs.Rivera: How could you embarrass us like that!? (picks up a newspaper)

Mrs.Rivera: Look at this, its all over the news dammit...ugh i need a glass of wine, Betty!!!

Brandon: nobody reads the paper

Mr.Rivera: But they watch the news (turns on tv)

News: The Rivera's youth performs a form of profanity at an informational meeting thats providing our city funds. Can we make the new young owner, Brandon Rivera, to take the responsibility of our city? Or is he still stuck playing hooky? Back to you Jerry.

Brandon: Back to you Jerry. (mimics) ugh they are so annoying.

Mrs.Rivera: Well its the news what do you expect?

Then Betty comes in with a party list

Betty: ok i've invited The Jones family, The castors , The public, and some of your workers.

Mrs.Rivera: Perfect, now remember Brandon, were going to pretend we found Alice on our door step and were funding her.

Brandon: Wait why? I thought she was my wif-

Mrs.Rivera: She is child! Listen to what i'm saying, today is her birthday and if we want her to continue the deal we have to make it seem like we care.

Brandon: I was dumb enough to believe that you did

Brandon grabs his keys

Mrs.Rivera: Where are you going?

Brandon: To go buy her a gift..

Mrs.Rivera: Betty already got it (hands him a wrapped package)

Mrs.Rivera: Here hand that to her, its an outfit

Brandon knocks on the door

Brandon: its ok, its me

Alice opens it and Brandon comes in

Brandon: Happy birthday (hands her gift and smiles)

Alice: Aww, your all i wanted (grabs it)

Alice opens it and it was a mint blue dress 

Brandon: you like it?

Alice: Yes! Thank you, but how did you know it was my birthday?

 Brandon: My mom

Alice: Ya i figured

Brandon: Ya she throwing a whole entire party for you. Everyones going so get ready, kay?

I was about to leave her room before anyone saw us together, when she pulled my hand

Alice: Everyone? Even Lorraine?

 I stared at her remebering the whole thing 

Brandon: Yes but I won't let her get between us again

Alice: Or you don't want me to get in between you and her again?

I knew she was still upset but she wouldn't shut up, so i kissed her and left.

Alice prospective: I felt hurt that he still allowed his parents to invite her even though he was the one who kissed her, so hell ya i was still mad.

 Meanwhile.......

Brandon's prospective:
 I went down stairs and people started to arrive so did the dj. They installed lazers and soon enough my house looked like a club. 

Nathan: Hey Brandon! How are you?

Brandon: Oh hello Mr.Jones. I'm great how are you?

Jones: I'm fine..... i'm just worried about you. That was quite a show you put on the other day.

Soon enough everyone was here and it was time for the public to see Alice for the first time.  (Gold-Kiiara song started to play) When she came down everyone cheered "Happy Birthday!". Photographers blinded her, so i grabbed her and pulled her aside

Brandon: Im so sorry, my parents are so extra.

Alice: (smiles) you know this is the first party ive had in 10 years?

Brandon:really? 

Alice: yup parents died when i was 7. 

Brandon: im so sorry Alice

Alice its okay lets enjoy this extra party your parents created 

                 Me and  Alice danced for hours to awesome songs i've never heard because i've been so busy with the company i've almost forgotten what its like to be a kid. We headed up stairs and kissed this time Lorraine saw us and we had no idea.

Lorraine: daddy

Jones: yes princess 

Lorraine: where is that girls parents?

Jones: I don't know sweetie shes an orphan

Lorraine; if her parents are found does she return to them since they are the legal right guardian

Jones: well yes but Alice's parents are dead

Lorraine: mmm well just see about that...
