Joe put his hand on his shoulder making him sit down again "Not you!" he told him, scoffing "Why not me? I'm the reason she is here, she's my problem," smirking Nick rolled his eyes knowing that so many messed up perverted things must be going on in his best friends mind. "It's not going to be you Logan."

Standing up, "You guys never let me have any fun." He headed to the fridge to grab a morning beer.

Ian turned to look at Nick, "I'm not sure about this, you want to let her go I mean didn't you see the news her dad is surely going to pressure her to say something." He being the most panicked since it's his face she saw.

"Calm down, alright. I wouldn't have suggested this if I wasn't sure," letting out a sigh, "Fuck man I hope your right." Knowing that no matter what he is going to have to follow whatever Nick decides.

"It's a done deal I want her to go home, so Zac get the van ready."

Zac nodded looked over at the guys before walking out, "and you guys make sure the coast is clear when I bring her out."

They also nodded and walked out, "What about me?" looking over his shoulder; Logan standing there sipping on his beer.

"You just go wait in the van with Zac," shaking his head, "in the passenger seat preferably." Nick added.

"Treating me like a fucking child," he heard him mumbled. Nick ignored him and made his way to the basement door.

"Selena I'm coming down."

She heard his footsteps, she immediately turned to look at the wall in front of her giving her back to him no longer curious to see him.

"You're not crying," she heard him say. The sweetness returning to his voice but she knows it's only temporarily; "What's the point," she replied simply with no emotion just misery in her tone. "I'm still going to be stuck here." Making him feel like shit, he walked a little closer to her.

"You're going home," her head lifted up and she almost turned to look at him before he shouted at her.

"Don't look back," she turned her attention back to the wall. "Oh right, I'm sorry...but are you serious your really letting me go home?!" desperately she asked.

"Yeah I'm serious but you have to keep your promise," nodding desperately as well. "I kept my promise to you Selena, the guys don't really agree with me but I want you to go home so I'm trusting you."

Feeling his hand on her shoulder she stiffen feeling his breathing making the hairs on the back of her neck stand up his finger tips traveled up the smoothness of her neck.

"I have to put the blindfold back on," she swallowed the lump in her throat. "Okay," she said almost breathless making him smile.

As they drove through the streets trying to find the perfect alley to drop her in; Nick couldn't help but notice the feeling he was getting, knowing that this girl would be carrying a secret that can easily be slipped out...he knew he took a risk by letting her go. He examined the way she would bite her bottom lip whenever a smile wanted to creep through, "Turn here," Nick ordered as he noticed a dark enough alley that was a few blocks down the Jewelry store.

Joe and Ian helped Selena get off the van with her blindfold still on; "I got it from here." Nick informed them as he signalized them to go back in the van.

"Thanks..." Selena mumbled as she held her breath hoping they wouldn't change their minds, "I'll keep my promise."

"I know you will..." Nick smiled as he watched a sweet smile spread through her face, "I guess I should be going the guys are starting to get nervous".

"Yeah..." her voice sounded soft.

"Can you do one more thing for me?" he asked her as she nodded softly, "Can you count to a hundred?"

Selena laughed as Nick slowly walked back into the van, "Okay, one...two...three..." she counted.

Nick watched as she stood their counting; this would not be the last time he saw those rosy cheeks and plump lips, he needed to see her again...even if meant risking everything he worked so hard for. He chuckled to himself as he signalized Zac to start driving...

"Bye Selena I'll be seeing you," she heard his voice quite distant.

She pulled the blindfold over her head to see the alley completely empty, it was now a tragic memory for her; she looked at her surroundings noticing the familiar smell of Pati's Diner, they had dropped her off down the street from her home.

"I'll be seeing you..." she whispered to herself remembering one last time his mysterious voice; not even second guessing his words she quickly made her way back to her life.
