Arriana P.O.V

hi my name is arriana bridges I am 17 Im in my last year of highschool I live in Inglewood California.
I live with my mom and sister

my mom is hooked on heroine and is never home so I take care of yanna I go to school and I go to work to provide for me and yanna my dad left us when I was 3 and that is when my mom got hooked I love my mom but I'm starting to give up on her when I'm 18 I'm getting full custody of yanna and I'm gonna get her out of this place.

I go to Inglewood highschool we live in these old ass apartments I make sure yanna sleeps in my room because if and when my mom comes she brings one of her many man and I don't want them touching us anyways back to real life

I woke up to the sound of my alarm BEEP BEEP BEEP I shut it off and get up to get in the shower I stood in the warm water soaking it in and then began washing up I use my vanilla smelling body wash and got out I put the matching lotion on and wake yanna

"yanna wake up"

she gets up and I help her into the tub I go to our closet to pick us an fit for the day.

for me I pick out some white high wasted shorts with a black crop top with my white vans for yanna I pick her out some pink skinny with a white shirt that says "pretty girl" and her pink vans I wash yanna up and get her out the tub.
we both get dressed my hair was looking cray so I brushed it up into a high bun I did the same to yannas and we heading out the door and into my charger our daddy may not be in our lives but he sends us money. I decided I will stop at Micky D's

I get at Micky D's

yes she calls me mama I'm ok with it because I want her to have. a mother figure in her life. I hand her, her food and start driving to my grandmas house so she can watch yanna for me while I go to school.

I arrive told her goodmorning and gave her yanna's bag and was on my way to Inglewood highschool.

this school is were all the hoes are ready to suck dick when u ask and wanna be thugs trying to get money when they know they mama gone whoop they ass.

I try to keep to myself I only have one friend her name is destiny I tell her everything I love her and yanna to death I will die for them. I got out of my charger and walked into the school all I heard was "ma when can I hit"

I ignored it and went to my locker I got my books and stuff and then I heard yelling I knew it was destiny she is so freaking loud like got damn

I gave her that bitchhhh face she pouts

trey is destiny's son when she was 16 she was at a party and she got raped but she decided to keep the baby I love his lil bad ass, we were walking to our class we have all classes together and we seen these 2 new boys u could tell they weren't from here but we kept walking.

we went to math and we started copieing the bored I hate school but I'm tryna make it.

everybody head shot up when we hear the teacher say we have new students in walks the boys we passed they introduced themselves and 1 name was august and the other name I forgot cuz I was to busy starring at august

the teacher started screaming and I came back to reality she said

" u didn't hear me calling u "

"Na" mumble

she says  August u can go sit by Arriana he came and sat by me I wanted to stare so bad I would look and then I would turn my head In my head i say damn he fine but i said that shit out loud and i think he heard me because he turned around oh shit
