Chapter 2: Captured

(Moka's POV)
But to my surprise the guards came in and found me before I completely exited the alleyway. "Alright looks like getting caught early." I whispered. "Your coming with us girl." They got me and took me to the palace.
(Atem's POV)
Killings throughout my village, who must be doing this or what. I was brought out of my thoughts when the door opened and guards came in with a hooded figure. "My Pharoah we found our killer coming out of an alleyway." "Good now take the hood down." The figure shrugged and pulled the down and I was surprised to see the most beautiful girl in my life but I sense and dark aura around her. She has silver hair and her eyes are literally glowing crimson witch is not normal for a human. "If you are our killer how did you do it no normal human can give two hole in the neck or is it the work of your ka." "Do you want to know what I truly am fool." "Don't speak to our Pharoah that way!"Seth yells. "Then if it wasn't your ka then what was it." "It was me who did it and I'm not a human." "Then what are you."I said. "I'm a child of the night a pure blood vampire." "What is that." I cocked my head to the side confused. "We are Immortals who have fangs and drink the blood from humans." "Why must you do it fool." Seth bellows. "It's not really me to blame we want no need blood, it's our only way of surviving." "Wait how old are you" I said curiously. "I'm 100 years old." "Then why do you still look like your a teenager." "That's because I'm immortal, those who are immortal stop aging at a certain age and we can live longer than humans can, our life span can be a couple hundred centuries or more." "Wow." I said shocked. She's so beautiful and I feel this strange and strong connection to her I don't know why but I'll ask her about this connection later.
(Moka's POV)
He truly is handsome up close like this this connection I'm feeling is making me think the Pharoah is my mate. I have been waiting 87 years for my mate and now the Pharoah will become my mate, I will never harm him in any way shape or form. Mates are supposed to be there for each other and I will make that happen.
