Nothing hurts like the truth
Nothing stings like betrayal
Nothing punches like regretNothing burns like guilt
Itches like lost opportunities
Aches like jealousyNothing is as numb as envy feels
Tingles like the ideas you didn't follow through
Or as acute as finding out someone you loved diedThere's nothing like the phantom pain of heartbreak you've caused
Nothing is as shocking as the breakthrough pain when you reach for someone who's no longer there
Or the referred pain of hurting for someone else as they experience heartbreakUnimaginable pain is the all encompassing pain of losing a child
The dull ache that they experience even in their happiest of days
The visceral pain as they see their child in another's eyesNothing hurts like the hell your heart creates
