"So how long will it take from here to our next location?"  Zach and Isabelle asked Jonah in sync.      
"Well about 30 hours" Jonah responded putting all their bags in the trunk of his car, getting ready to go to Portland, Oregon where another of Corbyn, Jonah and Zach's friend Daniel is located.
"Wait so I have to spend fucking 30 hours in a car?" Isabelle said quietly but loud enough for all three guys to hear nodding Isabelle went inside the car getting ready for another long car ride. Getting comfortable she put her legs in Zach's lap setting up Netflix in her tablet ready to watch season two of Shameless, plugging in her earphones she blocked out all the guys talking and listening to music. The past five days the teenagers did were on of the most fun days they did in their life, the first day they went to walmart and got kicked out, the second day they went to the mall, the third day they went into a abandoned house and park at night time which by the way scared the shit out of them, the fourth day they went rolling skating, bowling then to Chuck E Cheese, and they last day they spend at Zach's home eating a bunch of junk food binge watching How I Met Your Mother on Netflix. They would have a long journey waiting for them especially for Isabelle. Jonah and Corbyn would take turns driving so they can get a good amount of rest,Zach and Isabelle were passed out most of the ride since they were the youngest Isabelle being fifthteen almost sixteen, Zach being fourteen.
" Why did you join on this road trip with us Zachary" Isabelle asked knowing Zach hated people calling him Zachary. Her just saying it to get him mad.
"Family problems and I want to get to know Jonah's future lover" Zach said winking at Jonah making him give Zach a death glare, blushing from what Zach had said Isabelle turned around to look at the window admiring Portland, Oregon. In matter of fact Isabelle has never been away from Stillwater, she's never traveled anywhere,she was born in Stillwater but her dad was from Puerto Rico and her mom from Mexico.
" When's your birthday"
Zach ask out of the blue breaking Isabelle's thoughts
"November twenty-fourth" She muttered
not really paying attention to the boy but she said it loud enough for Jonah to hear, smirking Jonah thought of a plan to ask out Isabelle on her birthday maybe buy her flowers, and a teddy bear. Isabelle's phone vibrated which caused Jonah and Zach to look at her, entering her password she opened it to reveal a message from the same unknown number who texted her back in Virginia "Tick tock, we said to stay away from Jonah but you did the complete opposite, Jonah's going to hate you after he finds out you've been lying to him -Britney and Alyssa" the message said. Tears brimming on the edge of Isabelle's eyes, trying to fight back the tears but it was too late a couple of tears had escaped Isabelle's eyes and both Jonah and Zach looked at each other not knowing what happened
"are you okay"
Zach and Jonah said in unison Isabelle nodded and said
"It's just Dylan and I shared the same birthday and it's going to be the second birthday without him. . . I-i just miss him so much" she hiccuped.
"It's okay, he would want you to be happy"
Jonah told the crying girl putting his hand on her knee. Minutes later Isabelle and Zach fell asleep, Isabelle's head was on Zach's shoulder and his head on top of Isabelle's.
