Levi's Pov》

I awoke on my bottom bunk and turned to wake up my friends.

The harsh reality of flashbacks hit me when I remembered that they weren't there. All I wanted to do was cry. I didn't want to live knowing they were gone. I remembered what happened last night, me trying to end it.

I jumped over the wall and accepted my fate with the Titans, hoping that I would be reunited with Isabel and Farlan. Before I reached the bottom of the wall I stopped.

I looked up to see Hanji, she had an expression on her face, like she was terrified.

everything went black after that.

I looked over, and there she was laying on the floor sleeping, she had the letter in her hand over her chest.

She looked so cold and was shivering, her face was red and puffy. She had been through a lot. I thought to myself about what she would have been like If the letter was found too late.

A wave of guilt swept over me

"I could never do that to her she never deserved that, after all she had done for us... for me the last several months."

Guilt hit me when her eyes flickered open.

Hanji's Pov》

Consciousnesses came back to me, along with the memories of the events that had occurred the night before.

I sat up to see Levi there, he was staring at me,

like he was planning out words. After about a minute Levi spoke

Levi's Pov》

"Hangi...thank you for not letting me die. How can I ever repay you?"

"You don't owe my a thing" she replied in her raspy voice of hers.

I could feel hot tears streaming down my face all I wanted was a shoulder to cry on,

Hanji was my shoulder for the next few months of my life.

She was always covering for me giving people excuses on why I wasn't there for training or even a couple of missions. She would always be there to bring me food, water, and most importantly...tea. She was the first person who I told about my life as a child. We both shared our lives as children. We promised never to tell anyone else I built walls all around myself only letting Hanji know where the loose brick was.

Over time I would go out more, take walks with Hanji. Over time I got better and I knew I needed to move on,

I even started to clean again and little by little I felt something that I hadn't felt in a long time, happiness.

I started to go back to training and eventually was back to myself, I had never forgotten about my friends, but I needed to live my life with no regrets, and I will never regret being friends with Hanji Zoe

Hanji's Pov》

I had done all I could to help Levi, and my efforts had finally paid off after a long time. Levi had finally been healed, not completely but he was healed to the point where he could handle this on his own.

"Its like a bird that breaks a wing, it takes a while to heal, but after the bird can kinda fly again, its more difficult but the bird can do it"

Levi was the bird, and I was lucky to be the person fixing the wing.
