"WAKE UP!" Someone shouted on my ears
"No go away" Sabi ko habang nakabaon yung ulo ko sa unan
"Look Ayla, we need to go. 9:00 o'clock ang flight natin. Its already 5:00 am. Now get up." Mom said while shaking me
"Bakit ba kasi natin kailangang umalis? Masaya naman dito sa London ah. Tsaka mom, lahat ng friends ko nandito. Ayoko silang iwan." I said while going on my way to the bathroom
"Because your Grandma is sick okay? She wants us to be there when you know...uh, when she-" I cut her off
"I dont wanna hear it mom. She can't. She's strong." I said. I just dont want to hear it. Ayoko isipin yun. Malakas si Grandma, malalabanan nya yung sakit nya. And Im sure she will.
After taking a bath bumaba na ako para mag breakfast
"Good morning, little sis" Zayn -my brother- said while kissing my cheek
"Morning Zaynie" I said and sit beside him
"Loreighn have you packed your things?" Tanong ni Daniel
"Good morning to you too Daniel." I sarcastically said
"Ayla." Mom said sternly
"What?" I snapped
"Manners. He's your father." She said while glaring at me
"Correction. He's not my father. And he's not going to be." I said and stand up
"Now, if you'll excuse me." I continued and go upstairs to get my suitcase
Knock knock. Someone knock on the door
"Come in!" I shouted
"Hey sis"
"Hey Zayn"
"About earlier."
"Oh my gosh! Are you going to lecture me too about that? We all know that its true. He's not our father." I said while throwing my arms in frustration.
"But still. He's still our stepfather."
"But he can't replace Dad."
Pag labas nya ay lumbas na rin ako. Pag baba ko nilalagay na nila yung suitcases sa van
"Ready to go?" Daniel asked. I just nodded and we go to the airport.
This is going to be a long trip.
