"Jonathan!" Steve calls. He gets no response."JONATHAN," Steve calls again, louder.
"What?! What?" Jonathan exclaims as he enters the room.
"Which shade of pink should we paint the room? I have this magenta, but then I have like a bubblegum pink, but I'm also kind of thinking like a hot pink? Or possibly more of a reddish pink?" Steve rambles on.
"Steve. Pink is pink. Just choose one," Jonathan replies, rolling his eyes.
"I can't believe you! The shade of a room can make or break a room!" Steve declares.
"Okay fine. Go with this one," Jonathan says, choosing a random shade of pink.
"Really? Magenta? Don't you think magenta is a little bright for a newborn child's room? I was thinking more of a light pink."
"You asked me for my opinion, but it seems like you already decided. Go with the light pink," Jonathan says, exasperated.
"But I want you to like it too!" Steve says desperately.
"I do like it!"
"Are you sure?" Steve asks, skeptically.
"Yes. And besides, a baby won't even pay attention to wall color, Steve," Jonathan remarks.
"You're right. Always the voice of reason. I can't believe we're finally adopting a baby girl," Steve responds, smiling contently.
"And you're always the voice of panic, but I love you for it," Jonathan, responds wrapping his arms around Steve.
"Now stop distracting me, I still need to finish building the crib, hottie," Jonathan says, then slaps Steve's ass.
