Chapter 7 ~Mini Reedus~

I got out of the shower with my hair dripping wet. I changed into my light blue jean shorts, my white flats, and my long sleeve white loose shirt. I blew dryed my hair and went to use my laptop. I sat on the couch with my feet on the table and useing my laptop. I scrolled on Twitter and saw that Andrew posted a picture of me and him on set. I couldn't help but smiled.

The house was too quiet so I turned on my tv. Than my ringtone went off. I muted the TV, reached to the table and grabbed my phone.

Norman was calling me.

"hello?"

"Hey Nickki"

"Hey Norm what's up?"

"I just wanted to let you if your coming over because Mingus is here"

I than remeber about Norman makeing plans for me to meet Mingus.

"Oh crap I forgot!"

"It's ok if your not coming over-"

"No, No its ok am coming over right now"

I said cutting him off and getting up.

"Ok ill open the door for you"

"Ok ok bye!" I said hanging up.

I grabbed my phone and grabbed my apartment keys. I opened the door and closed it behind me. I turned back around to see Norman standing in the doorway smileing.

"Hey Norman" I said walking up to him.

"Hey babe" he said before he kissed me.

I than walked into the apartment and put my phone in my pockets and my keys on his table.

"Mingus! Come here to meet Nicole!"

Norman yelled.

I was nervous.What if the kid doesn't like me? I didn't know what to do. Than a blonde kid came out of a room.

"Mingus, This is Nicole"

"Hi Mingus. What's up?"

"Hey Nicole" Mingus said.

"You can call me Nickki" I said smileing.

Than Mingus looked at Norman.

"Dad.I think you picked a keeper" He said smiling.

Mingus than walked back to the room.

"He likes you." Norman said with his arm around my waist.

"Good.I was getting nervous for a minute back there."

I sighed in release.

"Hey cheer up, he likes you.Now.Let's go get some ice cream." Norman said grabbing his phone and keys.

"Ice cream?"

I asked.

"Yea why not? Mingus!! Let's go we're getting ice cream!!" Norman yelled.

"Cool.Let's go." Mingus said leaving his room and wait in the hallway.

"Grrr.If I get brainfreeze I will blame you Mr Reedus." I said walking to the hallway.

"Dont worry babe!" He said locking the to his apartment.

I looked over at him and started to walk.

"Mmmm this is actually good " I said taking another bite of ice cream.

"You see I told it would be good" Norman

"We'll I wouldn't know because I never tried cookie dough before" I said smiling

Norman and Mingus started laughing while I kept on eating my ice cream

"Hey ready to go?" Norman asked Mingus

"Yea" he said.

We reached the trash can where Norman and Mingus tree theirs away. Norman than reach out for me to give him my cup so he can throw it out.

"No way, am eating this" I said walking out the door.

"Okay sassy pants" Mingus said

We reached the apartments, and I have thrown out my ice cream.

Norman opened his apartment and let Mingus in.

"Mingus stay here I'll be right back" Norman said.

"Okay dad" he said :0walking into his room.

Norman than closed the door and walked to me.

"Thanks Norman for today. That was a really good cookie dough" I said

We botched started laughing for a minute until Norman kissed me.

"Good night Norm" I said opening my door.

"Good night Nickki"
