The past few months have been so crazy it wasn't until I woke up to Levi, Ryley and Alex screaming 'Happy Birthday' did I remember that today, was in fact my birthday.
"What is happening?" I ask, voice thick with sleep.
"It's your birthday?" Alex says and throws glitter, getting it everywhere.
"Seriously Alex!" I scream. Ryley looks at me man and then quickly throws some glitter too.
I face palm before looks at Levi. "Please don't tell me that you have glitter too." I say.
"No.." Levi mumbles before not so discretely opening his hangs and letting the glitter drop to the floor.
"You guys are unbelievable, clean this up. I'm going to take a shower." I say before getting out of bed and making my way into the bathroom. Before I close the door Alex calls out.
"Dress nice, your party is in 1 hour." He says and I give him a quick 'ok' before slamming the door and taking a shower.
When I get out I see that almost all the glitter is gone except a few specks still stuck to the bedsheets and carpet. I go into the wardrobe and change into something I can wear to a party.

I change and walk down into the main part of the house and see the inner circle of the gang having around the living room and the outside deck. When I make it down a red cup is instantly in my hand, when I smell it, I know immediately can smell its rum and coke.
I smile and take a sip, I almost wince at how much rum is in this. I make my way out to the deck to see that some guys have taken their shirts off and have gotten into the pool.
"Happy Birthday boss." I hear and turn around to see Damon coming towards me, red cup in hand.
"Damon, it's my birthday so you can call me Emma." I say smiling.
"What am I meant to call you tomorrow?" He says seriously.
"Queen Victoria." I say just as seriously before we both burst out laughing.
I feel an arm come around my waist and look up to see Levi and I smile at him.
"What are you two laughing about?" He says and Damon and I started laughing harder.
Alex walks up to us and looks to damon and then to me. "Do I even want to know?"
"I don't even know." Levi says before continuing "Emma can I talk to you alone?"
"Sure." I say a little breathless from laughing.
We go into my study and Levi is a little fidgety and is fiddling with the hem of his shirt.
"What's up, your practically shacking right now." I say.
"It's nothing, I just wanted to ask you-" he says but stops before taking a deep breath and then starts talking again.
"I love you Emma, forever and always. Your it for me. I want to start a life with you. My parents where never there for me, all I had was nanny's and two parents always on the other side of the country for meetings. Then you came along and you made me feel like I had someone that would always be there for me. I love you, and I want you to marry me."
