Alvin gets jealous

- Hey! Where is my skateboard!!! Alvin screams in frustration while searching in the garden.

Brittany comes down from their treehouse with a smile on her face and a pink little bag in her hands.
She looks over at me and I walk over to her.

- And where are you going looking so pretty?

She giggles.

- I am going on a date! With a super handsome and nice guy, I think he really likes me.

She pulls her hand trough her bangs and smiles even bigger.
Who is this date? I bet he isn't more nice and good looking as I am. But I don't tell her that. Because I don't care, I mean she can go on dates? Even if I know that brit and I are meant to be..

- Well, good luck on your date then, I said

I give her a sarcastic look so she won't notice anything. I mean, I don't think she's going to like him anyway, I hope.

*a while later*

-Alvin, why are you looking so sad?

I look up from my bed, it's Simon.

-What? I'm not sad, I'm just.. tired, I said back with a little bit of pain in my eyes.

He jumps up on my bed and sits next to me.

-What is wrong?

I can't tell him, I don't even know what's wrong, I'm not even sure if I like Brit in that way.

-If Jeanette we're going on a date with someone else, how would you feel?

He is looking over at me and thinks for a bit.

-Do you have a crush on Jeanette?? He says, suprised and disappointed

And he is supposed to be the smart of us, come on, can't he tell?

-No stupid, but how would YOU feel?
I mean, everybody knows that you like her.

He is blushing.

-Uhm I wouldn't feel great, why?

I hear screaming outside, so I ignore Simons question and look over at the window. Brit has arrived from her date.
What should I do?
