• Alexis's pov •

I was at my besties house, Bailey. It's her birthday so we had a sleepover.

"Bailey, I got your birthday gift!" I said excitedly.

"Really?! Imma open it."
She smiles widely as she opens up the box with her gift inside.

"OMFG!! THIS ISN'T REAL?!"
she screams happily jumping up and down.

She hugs me tightly and we both laugh.
"2 Magcon TICKETS? Your the best! You have to come with me!"

"Oh hell no!"
I said.

"Oh yes you are and we are leaving tomorrow so pack your stuff for a 5 day trip to Dallas!"
She squealed.

-Time Skip to next day-

I have all my bags packed and I just picked up Bailey and we drove to the airport.

---
"Flight 206 to Dallas, Texas."

We got onto the plane and I sat beside the window,
Bailey was watching magcon videos on her phone while I fell asleep 😂

"Holy crap, this hotel is nice!"
I laughed jumping into my hotel bed.

We had a luxury suite to ourselves.
Bailey and I are close so we share beds.

"We have a big day tomorrow, so I'm going to get some rest. Goodnight."
Bailey yawned.

"Okay, im gonna go to the lobby."

I took the elevator downstairs and walked into the lobby.
I tapped a random guy on the shoulder,
"Sorry, do you know where the restroom is?"
I ask politely.

"Umm yeah, follow me."

He was about my age, about 6 foot.  He had chocolate brown hair and beautiful brown eyes .

I followed him as he lead me to the bathroom which was pretty far away.

We just talked on our way there.
"I'm Alexis, you can call me Lexi."

"I'm Shawn, nice to meet you."

"You too, so what're you doing here in Dallas?"

"I have this big thing tomorrow."

"Oh cool, I'm going to this dumb thing with my friend for her birthday."
I rolled my eyes.

"Haha cool! -Okay so anyways, here's the bathroom."

"Thanks, hope I see you some other time. Bye Shawn!"

"Bye Lexi ;) ."
