Chappie 6

Luhan's P.O.V

(After school scene)

Today's Yuri's birthday and I have decided to buy her a birthday cake and a present, so I told her a little lie that I had to go some where very urgently after school so I couldn't go home with her. She was a little sad but she walked home with her bestie, Victoria. I happily walked to the cake shop and collected the cake I had ordered for Yuri. It was a strawberry flavoured cake. I hoped she liked it. Next, I went to a flower shop and bought some roses for her. Lastly, I went to a music shop and bought a kpop groups' album that she has been longing for quite a long time. As I was walking across a road, I felt the bracelet that Yuri bought slipped from my wrist. I started to look around for it and when I spotted it, I bent down picked it up, dusted it and when I stood up, getting ready to continue walking, I heard and saw a truck coming towards me and soon I heard a 'Bang!', I dropped my bracelet and I saw many people crowding around me and I also felt blood dripping from my forehead. Suddenly, I saw Yuri walk towards me crying. I used all my strength to say, "Yuri-ah....dont cry. Please remember I will always love you." "W-what do you mean by that?" she asked me with even more tears flowing from her eyes. The last thing I said was "Saranghae." before blacking out.

Yuri's P.O.V

I started crying again when Luhan blacked out. Soon, the ambulance came and brought Luhan to the hospital. I followed him as well. He was brought to the emergency room for an operation. I waited for him for a few hours until the doctor came out and said that the operation was successful but we have to wait for him for a week to wake up and  I could visit him in his ward now. When I walked into his ward, I saw him bandanged all over. He looked like a mummy though but my heart broke seeing my boyfriend in this state. I really wish that I was like that instead of him. I would really want to take his place. I started to tear up a little.

Fast Forward (1 week)

I couldn't even focus and I class for that whole week, but finally, today was the day that we hope that he would wake up. I quickly rushed to the hospital as soon as possible after school and when I walked into the ward, I saw an unfamiliar lady siting by Luhan. I asked her who she was but she ended up asking me, so I said "Anneonghaseyo, my name is Yuri. Nice to meet you." She nodded and asked me about my relationship with Luhan. When I told her that I was his girlfriend, she stared at me with wide eyes. I was shocked as well but soon my attention came to Luhan as I saw his fingers move. I walked towards him and his eyes slowly opened. "Luhan...your finally awake." I said happily and hugged him. But he immediately pushed me away. I was shocked when he said "Who are you?" I walked out of his ward to find a docter and the docter told me that he is now suffering from Amnesia and he could not remember the ones close to him but he could only remember those from his past. I was stunned and I walked back into the ward. I heard their conversation from outside the ward"Jagiya, who's that girl?" Luhan asked that lady. " I dont know but she claims that she's your girlfriend." that lady replied. "What?! I barely even know her." Luhan said. "Maybe she is just another girl...another stranger?" the lady said. "Yeah." Luhan said. Tears started coming from my eyes but I didnt say anything as I knew about his condition. I took a deep breath, walked in to get my bag and immediately walked out. I took out my ipod and listened to Akdong Musicians's -200% I really liked thar song a lot. When I entered my home, my parents started bombarding me with questions but I found away to excuse myself. My heart still hurts from everything. But I really have nothing to say.

my phone rang and the caller ID was 'Baekhyun'  Oh! I forgot to introduce him to you as well. He is also my other best friend.

Our convo.

B: Yo!

Y: What....

B: Why do you sound so sad? Did something happen?

Y: N-nothing

B: If there's nothing, why are you stuttering?

Y: I-I

B: No buts! I'm coming over to your house now.

Y: Okay.

-Call ended-

Soon, I heard some noises downstairs and my bedroom door opened and Baekhyun walked in. "Now tell me what happened?" he asked while sitting on my bed next to me. "Well....promise that you keep it a secret?" I asked. "Fine" he said, then I started. "Luhan got into an accident and the when he woke up today, he ask me who I was and the doctor told me he is suffering from Amnesia and then, I think his ex-girlfriend or what came and they were talking about me saying that I was some random girl and stuff. It really broke my heart but I have to face it. I cant blame him as he has Amnesia." I ended up tearing a little again and Baekhyun pulled me into a hug and calmed me down.

Baekhyun's P.O.V

When I saw Yuri starting to tear up, I quickly gave her a hug and calmed her down. I blushed as I hugged her and I felt really happy as I had kinda fallen for her but that Luhan guy confessed to her before I did *sigh* life is really hard sometimes but got a little teeny weeny bit happy when I heard Luhan had forgot about Yuri cause I may get a chance. This is also a big blow for Yuri. Maybe I should be by her side first and see if she can cope with the blow or what.
