James' POV

"Ikaw." She told in a low voice, while fiddling her fingers. I froze, and didn't know what to feel or react towards her. I am her date? Did she just initiated to be my partner in that party?

But, I am not planning to attend.

"Well," I licked my bottom lip, and leaned on my car, crossing my arms. I wanna laugh at her cuteness, because she looks so shy.

"Do you want me to?" I asked her. Tiningnan niya ako, at ngumiti siya.

"No. I just said that, because I don't wanna be around that guy over there." Tinuro pa niya ang direksiyon ng ng quadrangle. Tch cutie.

I frowned. "So, you used me, huh?"

"Yeah!" She nodded. "Pero, pwede bang.."

I raised both of my brows, "Pwede bang ano?"

"Can I use your name, if ever na may lumapit na naman sa akin para yayain akong maging partner nila?" She gulped. "We're friends, right? Can I reason out that you're my date, habang wala pa akong decent guy na napipili?"

Tss. Bakit pa ako magpe-pretend, kung pwede namang totohanin na lang na ako talaga ang date mo?

Akala ko pa naman, seryoso siya na ako ang gusto niyang maging date haha. Stupid me!

"You can, but you need to come with me muna."

Naikunot niya ang noo niya sa pagtataka. "Huh? Saan naman tayo pupunta?"

Haha will she come with me?

I shrugged my shoulders. "My place."

"What? No way! Baka kung ano pa gawin mo sa'kin!" I chuckled upon hearing her answer.

"Ano namang gagawin ko?" Inosente kong tanong. "Janella, we'll be fetching my sisters. Gusto ko lang silang ipasyal."

Nanlaki ang mga mata niya, at napatakip siya sa bibig nang marinig ang sinabi ko. Didn't she know that I have sisters?

"May mga kapatid ka pala?" Gulat na tanong niya.

I smiled and nodded. "Yeah. So, what now? Sasama ka ba, o, sasama?"

"Uh.." I suddenly saw worry in her eyes. "Baka ayaw nila na may ibang kasama? And one more thing, nakakahiya sa parents mo."

I shook my head, and gave her a smile to assure her. "Don't worry about my sisters. They're fun to be with. And one more thing, wala ang parents ko sa house, kaya 'wag ka matakot. Hindi pa naman kita ipapakilala haha."

I received a punch on the arm from her. "Aww! Why did you do that?"

"Kapal mo! Hindi mo 'ko girlfriend, 'no!" She glared at me.

I just chuckled, and walked on the other side of the car, to open the door for her. "Get in now, Ma'am."

Kylie's POV

"Get in now, Ma'am." He teasingly told me, so, I laughed.

"Silly," I walked towards his car, and went it.

I am feeling excited, and nervous at the same time. Did I made the right decision on coming with him? Wala naman sigurong masama, right? We're friends, after all, and there's no wrong on hanging out with your friends.
