Kurt's POV
Beep. Beep. Beep. Yaaaay! It's 5:30 A.M.
I reach out of my warm nest and slam my hand down on the snooze button until it's finally quiet. I sluggishly get out of my bed and head to my bathroom. I take a quick shower and do my skincare routine. I then pick out my clothes and get dressed. I begin feeling more awake while also filling up with the dread of going to school.
"Hey Kurt!" My dad calls down in the kitchen.
"Yeah, Dad!" I call back.
"Before you leave, can you help me fix breakfast for Carole?"
"Yeah, I'll be down in a minute." Ring. Ring. Ring.
I pick up my phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey Kurt, it's Blaine."
"Oh hi Blaine!" I say excitedly.
"Well I don't want to bother you for long since you're about to leave for school, but I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me."
"Like a 'date' date."
"Yes..."
"Yes, I would love to!"
"Well, I have to go but it's a date."
"It's a date. Bye Blaine."
"Bye Kurt." We hang up.
I sit in front of my vanity, happily.
