Chapter 4

Heyyyy guys! I know im bad haven't unloaded in like a LONG time but im trying to upload whenever i can soo hope you like this little chapter ! :)

I wake up in a bed. What am i doing here? I think to myself, I turn both sides of my head to see where am I. On my left side i see a brown door, and on my right side i see Peeta's head on my lap with his hand holding mine. Why is he here? Oh now I remember, I was at school trying to tell Gale that I loved Peeta and wanted to be with him when Gale was holding my wrist and I was losing circulation when Peeta went to help me and I black out. It all came back to me.

"Peeta?" I say hoping he will wake up

He shakes his head awake "Katniss?" he said

"Peeta, yeah its me.". I say calmly

"oh Katniss! Thank God your awake!"

"Peeta, what happened? ". Saying confusing

"well, Gale was hurting you so I helped you and you blacked out hitting your head off of a big rock. We brought you to your mom and she said you might of gotten a mild concussion." he said sadly.

"h-how long have I been sleeping?"

"about 3 days Katniss."

Just as he said that my head started to hurt so bad. "oww, i know what you mean now by me hitting my head."

He rubs my head trying to massage it and I smile.

"thanks "

"no problem " he says smiling

"Peeta, were you here all this time? "

"yes Katniss I have, only because I was worried sick about you I couldnt go home "

"Awwh thats so sweet of you Peeta!"

"Its nothing really, as long as their your getting better im okay. " he smiles

I try to get up because im starving! So little by little I try to get my feet off the bed when Peeta springs into action and says "here let me help you" but i dont not let him, it was fine with me. He's holding one arm on my waist and my arm onto his shoulder going down the stairs. As im going down the stairs into the kitchen I see my mom and Prim eating. Prim smiles and says "Katniss!! Youu look better!" my mom stands and says "yes you do look better, still have a bump on your head but over all your looking fine." i just look up at them and say "well thats good, now im just going to get something to eat" as i smile at them going into the cabinet where we keep our food. Some slices of bread I'll just take one and some of the cheese. As i finish my food im hoping to go to school give Gale a piece of my mind. So i just break the silence.

"mom can i go to school today?"

"i dont know Katniss, if you dont hurt yourself today then yes.

"easy enough."

So Peeta takes me to get my books and such and we walk to school together because I kinda cant walk by mysel, in some way i feel bad for him he's taking care of me instead of me taking care of me.

"Peeta?"

"Yeah Katniss?"

" i feel bad."

"for what love?"

"well it looks like your taking care of me much more than you do for yourself i feel really bad" i look down and sad

"Katniss i dont mind, i should be helping you, we dint want you to be hurt again and your wounds maybe worse."

As he kisses me softly and were just heading to school everyone looks at us, still curious probably. Peeta and I are walking to the doors of the school and who do i see? Non other than...
