- Chapter 3 -

'I can't believe it... Jeon Jungkook? Is he actually him?'

I was wondering yet secretly panicking as I was walking towards my seat. I noticed some nasty looks from the girls in our class as I was about sit in my new seat. I was scared to sit there but I better listen to Mr.Min so I won't get in trouble on the first day of school.

Mr.Min was standing in front of the class ready to read out the attendance.

"When I read your name, just reply back by saying "here" or raise your hand up so I can see where you are."

"Okay Mr.Min!~~" the girls answered in a fake/cute way.

I glanced at the person sitting next to me wondering if he was asleep or not. I wondered if he was actually the 'Jeon Jungkook' I knew.

"...Park Jihyun,"

"Here~~".

I realized that she was the girl that I noticed as I was walking into the classroom. She caught me looking at her again so she glared at me and flipped her hair as she turned around.

'Oh well I better avoid her this year...' I was thinking in my head, as the teacher calls out

"Jeon Jungkook..." there was no reply.

"JEON JUNGKOOK!! Wake up!"

"Yes? Oh sorry, I'm just tired... Here".

As I heard a reply back, I quickly turned my head to check his face.

'OMG... it's Jungkook from BTS.'

"Omg..."

I said out loud without noticing. He turned his head to face me and noticed that I looked shocked as I was staring at him.

"Not another one of these girls..." he said while sighing to himself. I didn't care. I was too surprised and my heart wouldn't stop beating so fast.

During the first period, I couldn't stop glancing at Jungkook. It was too unbelievable to me that I was in the same class, sitting next to him. I was just hoping that he didn't think that I was a creep or a flirt like most of the girls in this class.

I was trying my best to focus during class but it was difficult. I ended up wondering

'Are there more members of BTS in this school? Maybe V? I hope there are.... I can't wait until lunch because I am going to tell Chaeyoung everythi...'

"Kim Dahyun?"

I noticed that everyone was looking at me with a confused face. I realized that my face looked unfocused and emotionless so I quickly sat up and replied

"Yes...? Mr. Min?"

My classmates were laughing at me so my pale cheeks turn bright red. I quickly went back to focus but noticed that Jungkook was smiling at me. I turn around to face him but he instantly looked away.

'Was he staring at me?'

I was thinking as my cheeks and ears became even brighter and redder.

I tried my best again to stay focused but I made eye-contact with the girl, Park Jihyun. She was glaring at me so hard that it seemed like flames were coming out of her eyes. I got shivers down my spine as I quickly looked away to avoid looking at her.

I honestly felt scared but acted like I was fine.... I wanted to see Chaeyoung....
