Chapter 6

It was Minhyun.

He hasn't seen me yet so I quickly scooted to the back of a tree.Oh my god what do I do what do I do what do I-

"Umm,hello miss?" He was right behind me.I'm ded.

I just realized I was hugging the tree like it was my life with my face plastered on its bark.I don't want to turn around.Why is the universe doing this to me?

"Are you okay?I heard you needed help."He asked me.Then I heard a noise that sounded like he was crouching.Omg he's so close what do i do help me

To avoid looking like a crazy woman,I had to stop hugging the tree so I turned around slowly with my head down.I think he already thinks I'm crazy.Whatever happens,don't find me at home.I won't be there anymore.

"Uhhh,hi."I finally looked up at him.And I almost gasped out loud.

He looked absolutely gorgeous.I've never seen him this up-close before.With the sun behind him and all.His head was tilted,his eyes,his hair were just-

"Jiyoon?" He called out my name.He knows my name.I REPEAT.HE KNOWS MY NAME."What happened?Why are you here?"His facial expression changed in a blink of an eye when he saw my face.He looked...worried?

"Umm I sprained m-my ankle.A while ago."I answered him.

"What about your face?Does it hurt?" Minhyun asked me and held my cheek gently.Omg help.I could faint right here right now.

"My f-face?What's wrong with my face?" I got out the words while trying hard not to stutter too much.

"It doesn't hurt?Well,there's a bruise here."His thumb brushed slightly on my cheek where I guess there is a bruise right there."And your face feels hot."

And with that I pushed him away from me,strong enough to make him stumble back a bit.He just mentioned me blushing.I cupped my face with my hands to hide my cheeks that were now hotter and redder then they ever were.

He let out a small chuckle and crouched infront of me again."I'm sorry."

My face didn't calm down even after a while so I gave up hiding the blush and looked at him.What's the point of hiding now if I'm still gonna end up marrying him?

Wait,does he even know about it?

"It's okay."I replied and tried to avoid looking into his eyes.

"So,Jiyoon,can you walk?"He asked,looking at my feet then looked at me.I shook my head and told him that it hurts when I tried to stand up earlier.

"There's only one way then.I'm gonna have to give you a piggyback ride."He smiled.My eyes widen at his words.Oh god.

"Or do you prefer bridal style?"He asked me with an innocent face like it was nothing.

"NOO!I mean no.I prefer the first one,Minhyun."I answered and realized it was the first time I said his name.He also noticed it and if I wasn't  mistaken,his smile grew bigger.

"So you know my name too."He turned around and offered his back.Wow,those are some broad shoulders.

"Uhh yeah."I answered him.I was hesitating to climb his back for a while.

Then he took my hands and brought them to his front,pulling me until I was practically hugging him from behind."Come on,I'll help you up."

Oh lord this is the end of me.What a beautiful way to die.I'm really hugging him.I hope he doesn't notice the stop in my heartbeat through his back.

Minhyun managed to pick me up easily,which surprised me at how strong he was.He was also very gentle at the same time,careful not to hurt my ankle.

"Comfy?"He asked and turned his head to my face.This made me surprised since our faces were just inches apart.

Not having the strength to say anything,I just nodded my head quickly and looked away.

Minhyun started walking towards our street and both of us just kept quiet after the incident.After a while,I decided to speak up.

"What were you doing at the park?"I asked the question that has been lingering in my head.

"Oh,I was reading a book."

"Really?Then what about your book?"I got alarmed.He left his book to help me?

"It's okay,I can get it later.Don't worry."He chuckled,sending vibrations through his body.Help.He's literally putting me into a coma.

I tried my best to ignore the fact that I am on my crush's back,telling my brain that it was nothing.I failed miserably,though.In fact,it was the ONLY thing on my mind currently.Of course,how in the world can I ignore this?

"Jiyoon?Can I ask you something?" Minhyun snapped me out of my trance.

"Umm..o-of course.About what?"I said,kinda embarrassed because of what was in my head just now.

"About what my dad said."

Dun dun dunnn

Hahha,sorry for the cliffhanger😅
Just wanted to tell you guys that I won't be able to update again this month.I actually go to a boarding school and I can't bring any gadgets there.That's why I updated these 2 chapters today.
